Staffing was atrocious. I can't even fathom how a place can run the way it did. Slower than a snails pace, staff extremely overwhelmed. 100% NOT what it use to be. So sad.

You might want to have more than ONE bartenders on when it’s a game day. I’m not an expert, but I deeply feel like that might be a good thing to do for, you know, business. Your employees are stressed and doing their best, but you’re not giving them the option to succeed because they’re overwhelmed. The food was okay, but it took over 50 minutes to even get wings, tacos and Bao buns - we had to cancel them because they weren’t even being PREPARED in 50 minutes. We ordered before the rush. Cmon, these are not hard foods to make. You’re not a Michelin star restaurant! You’re a sports bar with games, and you don’t have enough bartenders. Be better. Hire another bartender.
The bartender themself was amazing, understanding and kind. They just need some support.

It was a cozy Tuesday night, and the waitress was very friendly. The starters were great and fried perfectly. We've had Fried Pickles with Jalapenos and Spicy Chicken Croquettes. Then there were entrees… my husband and I both picked the Fried Classic and Nashville Hot Chicken with French fries and cornbread. The Fries and cornbread were good. The chicken was fried perfectly, and the breading was good too... But both chicken entrees lacked seasoning, and the Nashville wasn't spicy enough. We were disappointed because the starters were great but the meal itself was not. I do want to mention the waitress did offer to change my meal but ended up comping it. It was lovely of her to do so.

There website discredits the origins of fried chicken which was brought over to America by SCOTTISH immigrants. If they can’t even acknowledge the true origins of fried chicken, I wouldn’t trust anything else about them.

Left drinks on the bar, covered with a straw and left my jacket on the stool, apparently bathroom visits are not allowed at this dump. Tossed 3/4 draft and a whiskey on the rocks, questioned what happened and got attitude because that’s what they do. Finished and left, never ever again, let the rookies and kids have it.

I was in the area and went to stop in, there was lots of people outside so I didn’t notice someone was taking IDs at the fence before you got to the door. The man yelled at me to walk back to him after I got to the door, I then went in and they were very busy. They asked if I had a reservation and I didn’t and the wait was too long. I asked the lady at the front if I could use their restroom before leaving and she said no problem and pointed me in the right direction. Then on my way out a different security guy still several feet away from door leaning on the fence yelled at me to come talk to him. He asked me if I was stupid and couldn’t read and then he pointed to a sign that said no public restrooms, I told him I didn’t see the sign and the lady up front didn’t tell me that and said it was okay. He then told me sure what ever but that I now had to tip him and his friend. Both security men stood over me laughing and trying to intimidate me. I was a women walking all alone and it was very scary. If I couldn’t get a table or use the restroom that would have been fine but I should have just been told so at the front host. Having employees act like this to young women is absolutely not okay. I didn’t tip them I just walked away but the whole thing was out of line a humiliating.
Sebastian is a great bartender and deserves about 10 raises but the manager was a terrible person and is jealous of anyone that is prettier than her in there. She deserves to be fired. She was wearing a hoodie and has longer dark hair
