I met my partner at the restaurant, where he had already been waiting 15 minutes for a server to come to the table. Before I even got inside, I had to go through security, the staff at the door were sarcastic and rude. Not a great first impression, especially for my first time visiting.
After I was seated, it took another 15 minutes before a server came over to offer us drinks. We went ahead and ordered, and while the appetizers were just okay, things went downhill from there.
I ordered the mac and cheese, which was so underwhelming I ended up sending it back. It just wasn’t good. My partner had the ribs, and they weren’t much better—completely drenched in BBQ sauce with no real flavor. Very plain and disappointing overall.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. Between the rude entry, slow service, and lackluster food, I definitely wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Haven’t been here in a few years and was so impressed! As someone with industry experience it was great ti see a fully staffed bar (x2!!) and the bartenders were so attentive. Truly welcoming every guest and making sure deinks weee coming put fast. Ask for our new favorite bartender Krista whi helped us liven up a GNO 💗

Came here for brunch today. It took 20 minutes for anyone to even come to our table to give us water. Then took 30+ minutes for our food to arrive. Waiter gave me attitude when I politely walked up to him asking if he could take our order. When the food finally came, everything was terrible. The “brisket hash and eggs” was almost entirely sliced sausage? Tasted so bad. The chicken on the chicken and waffles was rubbery and flavorless, and tasted microwaved. The $9 apple fritter was stale. And the egg and cheese on a biscuit was literally the worst breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. We will not be back.

Bartender yelled at me for Dancing? Isn’t it a line dancing bar ?
So much fun! Get the crouquettes if you want an AMAZING small snack before the game! We caught an amazing singer live between a tour and a game at Fenway ... We'll definitely be back!

I’ve had so many great nights at Loretta’s Last Call — and honestly, half of them weren’t even planned. Just straight-up good vibes.
I’ve caught a few live performances here, and I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure how the setup would handle live music. But they pull it off really well — solid sound, fun energy, and a crowd that’s always into it.
If you didn’t know, now you know that Loretta’s Last Call is actually Boston’s original country bar and venue. Whenever I find myself on Lansdowne Street, I somehow always end up drifting into this spot. It’s got that kind of pull. And aside dining with them, I love to sneak to the pop-up back door donuts they have right outside for a sweet treat after.
The staff here are also super sweet. The girls and the guys— and they keep things impressively clean considering how packed it gets on game nights or even before concerts. Oh- and they also have line dancing nights ever so often which yes its really a thing and its super fun!!

Overcharged me by $60, assured me they’d give me a refund. Been following up on that for 2 months (which is frustrating in itself) and now they are dodging all of my calls and emails. Management needs to give me a call back immediately, this is ridiculous!

I thought this would be a great choice. I was wrong. Upon entering I noticed it was filthy. The rest room smelled like the subway and was disgusting. No water or towels. The the really disgusting part of our visit was the food. Southern cooking it's not. The chicken sandwich was put on the bun right out if the fryer and soaked through the bun. When I picked it up it fell apart. The fries where cold and soaked in grease also. The hushpuppies where cold, greasy and had no flavor at all. The waiter was all over the place inside and outside tables. Ribs where greasy, fatty and had no taste at all. They were inedible. Definitely not a place to waste your time and money on.

Called to see if I needed my id and they didn’t answer then they denied me at the door 🥺bad customer service
This place was so great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked and packed with flavors. We went after a Fenway game so it was pretty busy but didn’t feel like they were running behind on anything. 100% recommend this place as a stop after the game.
