This restaurant and sushi bowl were excellent for me, but the staff seemed unfriendly. Sushi was closed to Japanese real one. If the staff's attitude is good, the rating would be considered a five star!

Although it is not a Japanese seafood bowl, you can enjoy a taste similar to a seafood bowl. The clerks are unfriendly, so it's best not to expect too much (it's America, so it's a charm). The price is quite high considering the recent depreciation of the yen.

asian proved authentic japanese sushi place

would've been better if the staffs had masks on.. or anything to cover their mouth from the spits going inside the food at the bar
but other than that they were super chill

the food itself was great id give 5/5
don't miss the happy hour

Normally I order from Love Art Sushi’s Fenway location, but since I was in the area, I thought I’d pick up from downtown instead. The poke bowl I got was delicious, but I was absolutely shocked by how little fish there was in it. It definitely was not two servings, as was advertised, and was certainly enough to justify the $15 price tag. Pickup was a pleasant experience, and the staff was very friendly.

Extremely small servings of fish for a poke ball place. Honestly shocking. Please refer to photo attached... That's 2 servings of fish

Walked in and saw they had a happy hour special after 3pm. Asked for a spicy salmon with avocado mixed roll with a scoop of scallions. Service person said "we don't customize orders; you get a roll with a protein and that's it." I then asked for an avocado roll and a salmon roll.

They make bowls and rolls. Ingredients were scooped from bins and rolled in front of the customer. It wouldn't have been an inconvenience to them at all to mix and the result would have been the same as what they have me.

The lack of service and rigidity on their part showed a lack of concern for customer service. I won't be going back.

Great lunch spot for sushi and poke bowls! Can use white rice, kale, or spring greens as your base. Make your own bowl is best option! Super friendly staff, clean, great ambiance and ample seating. Love it here. Delicious bowls!

Very nice employees, but my food was inedible - my drink was Overly sweet, as was my roll. The meat inside the roll was marinated in a sweet sauce, the side dipping sauces were Abundantly sweet as well and the drink was 100% sugar water.

Suumgar, on sugar, on sugar.

No!

I placed an order online for pick-up. The bowl I ordered didn't include any of the add-ons I'd ordered and paid for. The rice is undercooked.

Great poke place. Kind employees, fresh ingredients, good selection of sauce. I eat here at least once a week.
