First time diners and our experience was wonderful! The ambience and vibe was comforting and lively. The food and service even better. The homemade gnocchi was to die for, they were light and fluffy pillows of warmth and flavor, absolutely delishess! We'll be back again!

Lovely spot, for romantic dinners, family night, watching sports with friends. Food has a variety of options and price points, always delicious. Entertainment some nights. Huge fan of the roast chicken and salmon, cod cakes, and mussels. Service is friendly and drinks generous.

My BF and I have never eaten here before. We each chose the Braised Beef Short Rib Hash Skillet, which was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the over easy eggs set off the whole plate. Our waitress was excellent with service and was friendly. The portion size was big as well, and for the price it is very reasonable for brunch. We will be back as we enjoy supporting our local businesses. Thank you!

Went for Tuesday 2 for $65 and it was a very nice experience. The live music was good, the food selections were eclectic, and the price was reasonable. Certainly not mind blowing, but absolutely worthwhile and a nice night out

Nice tavern environment, excellent food—much better than its rival The Bowery Bar a few doors down.

Excellent food, prompt and friendly service, and warm decor. Coffee is also superb, which for me would make it six stars...

Always a great time when we come here, maybe a couple of additional vegetarian dishes would be great.

Lower Mills Tavern was a great spot on a rainy day. Today was holiday and the menu was brunch items, and my food and drinks were so GOOD! I was really impressed by the one woman show Victoria. She was the host, server, and bartender and thru it all she was friendly, polite and on the move for the amount of people in the establishment. I say Kudo's to Victoria and we appreciate you as an employee.
