We had such a great time here! Our bartender, David, was absolutely amazing — so attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took the time to walk us through the history behind the bar and tied it beautifully into Boston’s own story, which made the whole experience feel personal and special. The drinks were incredible — beautifully balanced and creative. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail here. Highly recommend asking for David if you visit!

Really cool speakeasy vibe inside the InterContinental — the entrance is awesome and the atmosphere is spot on. If you’re looking for a chill place to hang out, relax, and enjoy the setting, this is a great spot.
Just a heads up: if you’re into true craft cocktails and love watching bartenders shake, stir, and put on that mixology show, this probably isn’t the place for that. The drinks are fine, but it’s more about the speakeasy experience and ambiance than the artistry behind the bar.
Perfect if you want a laid-back night with a cool entrance and atmosphere. Not the place if you’re chasing next-level cocktails.

Extremely disappointed given the drinks were pre-mixed. Given the price point, I would 100% expect real-time mixed drinks. Server was very nice and vibe was nice, but will not return given the drinks are pre-mixed, nor with the price.

As a speakeasy goes, I’m shocked they get away with pre-mixed drinks given the price. They also have a very limited menu, so there’s no reason with the small space to also pre-make cocktails. I would expect extra attention to detail and bartending at a place like this, but instead you order a drink and get it back within minutes (and later overheard her saying they make the drinks in batches every Wednesday). The small menu didn’t have many show stoppers, which was also a bit disappointing. This isn’t to say we didn’t enjoy ourselves—the entrance itself was very fun and we didn’t hate the drinks—but we left with more desired.
Sh-hh! It's a speakeasy! And we couldn't have loved it MORE! Our bartender, Kevin made it the cool, exclusive, secret we wanted it to be with these out of sight, DELICIOUS cocktails! We wanted to stay all night! And you will too, but it's exclusively sized so when we get there, make sure there's room for us!

Total tourist trap. Overpriced, pre-made $26 drinks that are overly sweet. A few drinks from the menu were unavailable, and the alternatives didn’t match expectations.
The ambiance feels more like a Disney attraction than a proper bar. With Boston’s great speakeasy scene, there are far better options just a short walk away.
Two drinks cost over $60 with tax and tip—not justified for what they serve.
Wouldn’t return.

It's nice and drinks were good. But for two drinks with tax and tip it was $60+. I've been to bars where I've even been ok with that, especially if it's a martini that's like 8 ounces or whatever, but this was not the case. They have well executed drinks, but at over 30$ per drink is just too much for what they offer. Also they didn't have spotify premium so an ad for shaws came on halfway through lol.

Fantastic drinks and vibes at this fun speakeasy! It’s pretty cool how to get in (you have to say a secret password) and I really enjoyed my drink. We got some snacks of warm chestnuts and popcorn which were both just okay. Drinks are definitely pricey but worth it.

Cancelled a reservation 8 hours before my seating, they charged me $50, I noticed they were fully committed on resy so called and asked them to refund that. Manager said that even though they were fully committed and I could not come in if I wanted to, their policy is to collect the fee regardless of whether they rebook the table or not. Totally unethical usage of the option to charge the fee.

Inside the beautiful new Fellini bar at the Intercontinental this speakeasy is a dark oasis. Each drink tells a story. Who doesn’t love history and drinking! The drink menu is in a leather bound book full of interesting stories about the revolution and the drinks that fueled it. Bartender was excellent and definitely passionate about his spirits.
