Horrible service and lame food!!!!The staff were obviously trying to create conversation with the clients to get more rapport but in fact it was annoying, people on the tables next to me were uncomfortable. Then, when paying, I was charged for the fries that came with my burger, when I asked, they told me fries were always an extra charge. I explained I requested the burger only and when so the fries were on the plate I assumed they were included, as usual. From that moment on, the waitress was super rude and started giving me the worst attitude. I explained they were not clear and I did not ask for the fries, another lady interrupted, said she was going to reimburse me for the fries and when I was trying to explain to her that I was confused, the waitress interrupted and did not let her side the whole time until I left the place.
$25 for a pretty low quality burger and the worst service ever. Often at this airport, never again at Lucca though!

Ordered the pappardelle ($33.00 see picture) and a glass of red wine ($18.00) which I sent back as it was served in a tumbler glass.. shocking. It is seriously overpriced… the only good thing was the waitress who was very polite. Avoid at all costs… for the prices they charge the portions should be much bigger and frankly buy some wine glasses!! For want of a better expression “it’s a piss take”

Ate here while our flight was delayed yesterday. Our waitress was extremely friendly and took excellent care of us. She was very busy running around, but always stopped and checked in on us and helped us with anything that we asked for. I had a slight error with my meal and the manager was very friendly and rectified the situation immediately. The service food and atmosphere was all wonderful. Highly recommend.

Service was rude and distracted. They got the menu items wrong and were curt. They also make you pay right after ordering like fast food.

Good service. Parmesan fries were tasty and the garden panini was good. They ran out of iced tea which seems odd but maybe they did make any due to low request. I’d come back.

Hours are incorrect as they were open at 7am for breakfast. Egg sandwich is insanely overpriced, small folded egg on bagel. Decent, nothing great - it was food. Service was nice but waiter Mauricio was dealing with understaffed help and too many tables.

Food was just bad. North end is known for world class Italian and we have had the best of the best. We had flatbread and meatballs and have literally had better frozen pizzas from Wal-Mart. Have not had Luca's at their actual restaraunt, if the food is any better there then this place is giving them a bad name. Not only was it burnt, it was clearly previously frozen and reheated, the meatballs were tough and dry. Also clearly previously frozen. Manager gave us a tiny discount, wasnt enough to right the wrong for us.

Absolutely awful! And I cannot believe they have the “North End” in their name. They should pull that restaurant out! We had to catch our flight so we had to eat some of what we got but I would never pay those prices for that food. I’ve had frozen food better than that! Also the service was just as bad. Stay away from this place, the prices do not reflect the food or service!

Extraordinarily bad. The "Tuscan potatoes" accompanying my dry $18.75 omelet were limp french fries served with ketchup packets.

Food was good. Pleasant dining area. Was not aware an 18 percent tip was automatically added to bill when server provided the tablet to pay bill and option for tip. So she was tipped twice. Upon viewing printed receipt saw what occurred. Not pleased.
