Stacy was about the best bartender ever. The food was good but she totally stole the show and provided a level of service and customer attention that reminded me of a family reunion. If you ever have the opportunity go in and see her, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Stacy, you are an angel!

One of the saddest dining experiences I've had in a long time. The food tasted and looked as if it had just been rewarmed in water from a frozen bag. Just an awful experience, pasta with Raos sauce in your hotel would be a better option.

Avoid at all costs.
An order of toast less than warm with a cold pat of butter - impossible to spread. The coffee came well after I finished the toast - was told the machine was acting up. Who doesn’t have coffee ready at 7am? It tasted like old coffee zapped in the microwave - stinging hot. When it came time to pay I was told they don’t take a cc for under $10 bill however a Cdn debit tap didn’t work and you can’t insert the card so it was suggested I go to an ATM. Had it not been for the absolutely horrible food I would’ve ordered anything to bring the tab over $10 but did not. I did tip the server (not her fault she works in a sorry excuse for a restaurant).

I had a great experience here. Diana was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. When I mentioned my allergy, she handled the situation with so much care and immediately helped me get a new dish without any hesitation.
Her attitude and hospitality truly made my visit enjoyable.
Thank you, Diana, for the amazing service — you really made my day! Highly recommended.

Seating for 10 mins and waiter Maria keeps talking to colleagues instead of working. When I approached her she said was an issue in the kitchen. Place was empty.

Beautiful atmosphere for an airport restaurant but I had to ask my server for my only refill as she was walking away from checking on my food, and I sat for 30 minutes with an empty plate and empty drink with my waitress just standing there chatting up all her coworkers as they worked around her. She didn't check on me the entirety of the meal and never refilled my drink. I still tipped her 5 dollars considering the meal was 45+ dollars for a single plate of linguine. The linguine was good but the shrimp was beyond overcooked and rubbery. This place needs some serious retraining or it may be the worst and most expensive place to eat in the airport.

For an airport restaurant, we found the food and service good. My wife ordered the tomato soup and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Both were very good. Also, our server was very nice. I’m not sure if all the bad reviews are from first time flyers or not, but if so welcome to flying in the US. Airlines and airports in this country offer horrible service. The cost of a bottle of filtered water from the municipal tap that costs three cents to produce is sold for $5. Airport food is way overpriced and bad. We found the food served at this restaurant surprisingly good.

Stay away from this place. They are understaffed and the servers are rude. Food is mediocre at best. Go spend your money elsewhere.

Very unpleasant experience here. The waitress was rude and argued with me over a drink I sent back. It was so sweet I couldn’t even drink it- sickly sweet. She argued with me saying it wasn’t… also she was very cold and seemed irritated while taking our order. The food was mediocre and about what you would expect from an airport but at a fine dining price. Very disappointing.

Avoid this place. The service is openly confrontational. We asked for the bill, paid the amount, and then requested a receipt for our business expenses. The waiter scoffed and said the printer was broken. When we asked out if she can manually print or write it out, she became aggressive and asked us if we wish that she call airportsecurity. They are clearly running some kind of scam and become hostile the second you ask for any kind of paper trail.

Avoid this place at all costs. The service was atrocious, menus were thrown at us, and our coffee was served in dirty cups. The food was questionable quality, and when we asked for a receipt after paying, they refused and practically kicked us out while we were still drinking our coffee. A truly awful experience from start to finish.

Everything about this place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else!
Server refused to take drink orders (we wanted coffee with our breakfast) and the food came out cold.
She couldn't even figure out how to give the bill at the end, and was yelling at all the customers.
By far the worst dining experience ever!!
