I've had Lucia's food several times this Summer, sometimes takeout, sometimes sitting down in the restaurant. Pasta is always great; chicken dishes are cooked wonderfully. The only two reasons I don't give it a five. 1. Speed, service is attentive but sometimes the meals are paced a bit slow to follow the apps. Food is good, especially for the price, so worth the wait usually. 2. The Tri Color for two is a little small to serve two people. Its a great dish and they should absolutely add the Tortellini with cream sauce to the permanent menu. But If you're going to split that with someone get some sides and appetizers as well. All and All a wonderful place to grab a bite. Good Food, good vibes, lot of history to the place.

The service was non-existent for the first 20 minutes we were there. Once we finally flagged down someone, it improved somewhat. Perhaps they were understaffed? Food was good and we ate outside next to the restaurant on a beautiful summer night. With all the great restaurants in that area, I don't think I'd bother going back to this one.

The sevice and food was excellent. Sat outside in the courtyard, it was very pleasant. Great opportunity to people watch. Had the stuffed veal chop

Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Prices for alcohol are very high. If you just have water with your meal, it will be well worth it.

Excellent menu and delicious food! Perfect spot for our party of 8. (Don't miss the artichokes!)

Delicious food. Can't wait to go back. We had a reservation and were seated on time. Restaurant can be a bit on the older side. Restaurant has AC which was much appreciated on a hot summer night.

Waited 45 minutes for appetizers, but main course was delivered instead. No appetizers?? No service at all. The service people all walk with their eyes pointed to the ground trying to not make eye contact with customers . The few people that helped kept apologizing saying our waitress was very busy

The food was good but not our favorite in Boston. We were seated in the basement which was dark, crowded and loud. Our server was lovely and great at making recommendations.

Hostess who brought us to our table was not at all polite or pleasant, basically just threw menus down on the table and walked away. Waitress was ok. Food was hit and miss. Big no for caprese salad, chicken parmigiana and bruschetta. Fair for meatballs, eggplant parmigiana and calamari. We thought bread was good. Keep in mind there are so many different styles and taste preferences for Italian food. Probably will not return.

We went back to Lucía after loving it the first time we were in Boston. Our evening there was wonderful!

We had reservations and were seated promptly. Very friendly service. We both ordered Mara e Monte (linguine with clams and mushrooms in a light tomato sauce). The pasta was al dente and the clams and mushrooms were tender. The entire dish was delicious and hot, not lukewarm. We weren't rushed to leave, but after a glass of wine we were ready to go for a walk at sunset. This is my sixth visit to Lucia, and I often refer it to visitors.

My Party of 3 had a wonderful time at Lucia's last night. The scene was lively and energetic. We were seated right away with our 7:30 reservation. We waited a little bit longer than we would have liked to order our first drink, but after that, the service was perfect. I ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese, which I'd never had before, and it was divine!! There was a birthday party at a table next to us and everyone in the restaurant sang Happy Birthday. It was very communal and wonderful.

Food was good but the service was not. The server was not helpful or personable considering the many other restaurants in the area. We noticed that was the overall of the staff there. No offering of specials, no conversation, no conversation at all. The food was good but for the equal prices paid at others it wasn't worth what we experienced.
