I have been a long term fan of this Moge Tee basically since they’ve opened, and I have always considered their uji matcha and black milk tea to be my favorite. This, however, is no longer the case. The last 3 times I have gotten this same exact order, and each time it has been terrible 💔.

This most recent time, the drink didn’t even taste like matcha, it tasted fruity for some reason.. And honestly, it tasted like it was mixed with water. I have gotten probably 20+ of this order with light ice and 70% sugar since my first time so I know what it should normally taste like. These past few weeks have been a let down, and i’m afraid I will probably not be ordering this drink again here…

I’ve had good drinks from here but I’ve also been disappointed many times as well. The most recent time I went, I ordered a superfruit green tea with 50% sugar and it was, no exaggeration, the worst drink I’ve ever had. I usually love green tea but this one was extremely bitter

There was no wifi, the drinks were expensive, and I didn't like the taste(my personal opinion).

The got place for Bible tea. Nice chain with better quality ingredients. If this is your first time getting boba tea you will find the menu overwhelming.

Milk tea is not bad but not amazing. The issue I have the most with my drink was that it tasted like 0% sugar and had 0% ice. I asked for 100% of both. I got a taro milk tea and it didn’t taste like taro. I basically paid $6 for milk.

Quaint spot in Allston with limited seating. There are self-service kiosks if you don't enjoy interacting with other people like I do.They do take online orders though, so keep that in mind if you're feeling impatient.Took off one star because like another reviewer mentioned, the kiosk defaults to a 5% tip. You have to manually select the custom option and type in 0 if you don't want to tip.I do love their taro and pudding milk tea though so I'll most definitely be back.

Quick service, slightly pricey (but I guess drinks are pricey everywhere nowadays), delicious

Easy ordering kiosks and pickup system. Lots of fruit teas and cheese foam options! Beautiful cups and we loved the fruit tea with sliced fruit in it.

Parking: It’s one of the busiest intersections in Brighton. Street parking is available but difficult to find. Side streets are all strictly resident-only and your car WILL get ticketed and towed if you park in resident-only areas! They are legit waiting to catch people here

Got the matcha milk tea. Tastes like trash.

I forgot to add the pearls. After telling the store, they opened the lid in front of me and put the pearls in. The milk cap overflowed all over the outside of the cup. Then I walked out of the house and opened the small cap for inserting the straw. Because the cup was too full, it sprayed all over me... I went back and asked what to do, but without apologizing, I poured out some of the milk cap. It was so full, but the outside of the cup was still dirty, and it was all over my hands and clothes. I bought a cup of milk tea, and my good mood was gone haha

The Four Seasons tea is pretty good but rather expensive. The smallest size is $6.50+ before tax. The worst part of the experience is by far the ordering. There are 2 self-order kiosks with the worst check-out experience possible. You can ostensibly order with the one-person working the place but then the entire line is held up. When you use the kiosk, it annoyingly asks you to input your phone number with no option to opt out. They mask this under the guise of sending you updates for your order but lets be honest, you are 2 feet from the counter, you don't need to be texted. AND you've given up your number for their marketing. Second, the screen defaults to a tip with no "0% tip" option. You have to click the "Other amount" and then type in "0". At every step of the way, I feel like I was being shaken down and they just hoped to wear me down enough to get what they wanted. A truly hostile user experience and one I will seek to avoid in the future.

The drinks were ok, not bad. The atmosphere could have been a little cuter and they could have played some pop music. The server was friendly and service was fast which is always good. I said 100% ice but to me it was alot less and 50 % sugar wasn't really 50% so I suggest u say sweeter if your selecting 50% sugar.
