My family all got very sick from their poorly made food. The waiter was very loud and not professional and tapped the fathers shoulder. The ravioli that my daughter ate was very watery.

Food, drinks, everything 10/10. From the app, to the entree, to dessert. It was fantastic. Food came out fast. Got a text that my table was ready 15 minutes early. If I had one comment for feedback, it would be that we felt a hair rushed. They were already dropping off the dessert menu when the dropped off our entrees. But overall, still 5 stars.

Fantastic venue for a large group of co workers! I was very impressed with the quality (and quantity) of the food. The service was also amazing. Very attentive and plenty of help with a large group of 20. I would highly recommend!!

Our waitress, Jasmine, repeatedly commented that we looked like other customers she had served before. I told her several times that this was our first time in Boston—definitely not who she thought we were—but she continued with the assumptions.
Then came the classic: “Where are you guys from?”
While some might write this off as ignorance, the difference in treatment was too noticeable to ignore. Compared to the warm, attentive service she provided to the tables around us, we were left largely unattended. We had to flag down staff just to get basic service, and on the rare occasions we did get her attention, she even got our order wrong.
Whether this stems from bias or plain disregard, the experience was disheartening and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone and sincerely hope they reflect on how they treat their customers—especially those who don’t fit their expectations.

Pablo is a gem! He was so attentive. Both managers came over to make sure our experience was perfect. The food was, well fantastic does not do it justice! 9ne of the managers gave my grandson a vip card to come back for a free dessert or app. Can't say enough good words. Its a must visit if you like authentic Italian food!
Maggiano's has a Rat Pack vibe with classic Italian comfort food- just what the doctor ordered! Service was excellent and professional, atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, and food was outstanding. Definitely recommend for families as well as intimate dinner for two.

Had reservations. Was there on time. The staff was kind. My pasta was legit liquid. So that sucked. The bread was good. The calamari was good. But the PASTAAAAAA was water.
