I ate here the day before my marathon yo carb load. Great venue, staff were attentive but not overbearing. The food tasted great and was at a reasonable price.I walked in and they had no issue seating me (solo traveller).I also ordered two takeaways whilst in Boston, both times they arrived ahead of schedule and tasted good. Complimentary bread included.

Had an awesome birthday at Maggiano's. Tried Mushroom Ravioli despite not liking mushrooms—surprisingly delicious! Also loved the Zucchini Fritters, Cheese Fries, Calamari, and Bruschetta. Service was great, very friendly staff. Overall, fantastic experience with yummy Italian food and top-notch service. Definitely recommend trying the Mushroom Ravioli!

Shrimp Scampi was delicious and the staff was friendly, considerate, and courteous even though the restaurant was incredibly busy for a Sunday night before the Boston Marathon. Second year in a row stopping here for dinner the night before the big race and will definitely stop again.

We were seated right away after we came in with no reservation this past Sunday. Our server was phenomenally kind and we got the pomegranate martini which was delicious. Right after our appetizers came one of the members of our party witnessed a mouse run by our table. I come from a restaurant background and completely understand that things like this are inevitable especially in a large city restaurant. However- it was the way this situation was handled that ruined my experience and will keep me from EVER coming back. We mentioned the mouse and the manager came over immediately. While maintaining eye contact with our table we witnessed him push the mouse against the baseboard of our booth, stomp on it, exclaim “what mouse” with a smile and pick it up with one of the cloth napkins. The vegetarian in our group was mortified. We tried to enjoy the rest of our appetizers but we found a long blonde hair that was clearly not from one of us. To their credit they did not charge us for anything that evening- but we left the restaurant disappointed and disgusted.
