Terrible experience. From waiting for the table to the service and the food. They could not cook not even the French fries right. Asked for gluten free burger. Mentioned several times I am celiac. They brought me a GF burger but with an onion ring fried on top. I asked if the fried onion was Gluten free and they said I don’t know. What a waste of time and money.

Was in Faneuil Hall area and stopped in for snacks, drink and some Jimmy Buffet atmosphere. A wonderful experience all the way around. Outstanding service from Mike, our waiter/bartender and Danny, the host & retail store guy. They provided exactly the atmosphere, attitude, and personable attentiveness that you would hope from a Jimmy Buffet venue. From a varied and quality menu to delicious drinks this is a must-stop. THANK YOU

One of the worst bar experiences I’ve had. Three of us came in for one drink. Service was rude and inattentive, yet we still left a tip that was honestly more than deserved.
When we left, one person in our group accidentally left their phone on the bar. We realized almost immediately and came back. Staff flat-out denied the phone was there while we were calling it and people around us were clearly searching. Only later did a bartender suddenly “find” it behind the bar — conveniently powered off. Phones don’t turn themselves off.
To make things even more uncomfortable, a random man was taking photos of us earlier, which already had us on edge. The whole situation felt shady, dishonest, and unsafe.
Between the hostile staff, the suspicious handling of a lost phone, and the overall bad vibe, this place is not worth your time, money, or trust. There are countless better bars nearby. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Food was really good. Drinks were questionable. I'm not an alcoholic but when ask for frozen margaritas, I shouldn't get smoothie. It's an overpriced Chili but food was good.

Mike the bartender was absolutely wonderful and so kind!!! He helped us navigate through the menu and gave us honest suggestions! When visiting Boston again, we will definitely be back to see Mike!! The food is also awesome and the drinks are superb!!!
Staff was super friendly, Cheyenne was attentive and great with the kids. We were celebrating a 10th birthday after visiting SlooMoo nearby and everyone wished her a happy birthday, including the manager Andy and Chef Rob. Portions were large and the tsunami dessert was so large it fed 5 girls. Food was standard, what I would expect in terms of options and pricing as it is a tourist area.
