Took a group of 12 (5 adults and 7 Northeastern University students) out for dinner during Family Weekend. Although the restaurant was a bit loud, our server Fernando was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and patient with our large group. The food was great! I really enjoyed my drinks, and the fried chicken salad was delicious. The nachos had a nice kick and were a big hit with everyone. We'd definitely go back!

The food was overpriced but that’s Faneuil hall, the restaurant was very cold however Cheyanne excellent service and personable attitude kept my heart warm.

Service was terrible. After sitting at a table for a while and being ignored I went to the bar to order a margarita. The bartender directed me back to the table and said he would send the waiter there right away. After another lengthy wait the waiter finally took my order. He returned with a glass containing nothing that resembled a margarita except for a lime wedge. It not only did not look like a margarita, the taste was unlike any margarita I’ve had in the past…..and I’ve had a few! I questioned the identification of the drink and was assured it was a margarita. It wasn’t. Given the name of the establishment one would assume that they would know how to make a margarita. I won’t be returning.

I had a bartender named Joe that provided exceptional services. From the moment I sat down at the bar, he made me feel welcome and taken care of. His knowledge of cocktails is top notch. He even was able to recommended a custom drink based on what I liked and it was easily one of the best I've ever had.

Beyond the drinks, Joe has an incredible presence. He is friendly, attentive, and genuinely great to talk to. He keeps the energy up and the atmosphere fun while also managing a busy bar with total professionalism.

If you're lucky enough to be served by Joe, you're in for a great night!

No one came to follow up on service so I walked to the door to ask to be check. Then was directed to bar. No one helped and manager in red shirt @5:30p on 10/11/25 went all over the place having me follow him to find out who was taking care of my tab. No one introduced themselves otherwise I would’be remembered their name.
After finally finding out and using loud voice, he then rung up my meal and stranded next to me for me to tip. I asked if he can reprint a reciept transaction for
The same week and he said “I can’t”.

1.) solve the problem
2.) find the error after customer service improved
3.) coach, don’t blame
I only went back because the first experience was great. 1 out of many good reviews won’t hurt but hope this provides learning insight.
