The restaurant was recommended by a friend and was AMAZING!!!. From when we entered into the restaurant to be seated to ordering an appetizer to our main menu, everything was excellent. I got the lobster ravioli and I can say it’s one of the best meals I’ve had. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody that is looking for a good Italian meal. They have a great selection of food to choose from. Will definitely be back!!!

This is a great family-run classic place. The bruschetta was the best, Veal Parmesan was unbelievable and of course the homemade pasta was really good. The chocolate cannoli was excellent—the filling was so good! We will definitely be back soon!

The pizza is easily the best on the south shore and Mario is the nicest guy. They use only the best ingredients. Highly recommend the Sicilian but you can’t go wrong with any of it!
Service was phenomenal, all the staff engaged in conversation with all the customers, very convivial. The food was amazing, great price and a very generous portion. Highly recommend.
Had an incredible dining experience at Mario’s a couple of weeks ago. It’s exactly what you want when you’re aiming for comforting, delicious Italian food. The staff were excellent, kind, and made you feel like family. The food was top notch and they even let us come up with our own combination of dishes. Do yourself a favor and order a cannoli for dessert, you won’t be disappointed! It was the best cannoli of my life and we loved it so much we had to come back for another one the next night. I would give Mario’s more than 5 stars if I could!

When in Boston Mario’s Restaurant on Chelsea is a must. The veal outstanding the bolognese was to die for, not tomatoey but done the true Italian way. You could ask for no better than Ursula and her staff. They make you feel at home and welcome. Do yourself a favor and come to Mario’s.
Well a year later and I am back at Mario's with friends. I accidentally deleted the lasagna pic, but it looks just like the one on the website and the taste is out of this world, the meatballs were light and tender and fantastic. Ursula and her staff just cannot be out done. They treat you like family from the minute you walk in the door. You feel like you are in your Italian Home even if you are not Italian. You are when you walk in. The friendliness and smiles and just overall family atmostphere and the food. They even got on to one of our group because he didn't want a salad, just like mama. In Boston go to Mario's you will be glad you did.
