Some waiters add dry ice to our drinks which makes the drink Esthetic nicer.The dessert we usually get the warm butter cake & can be shared between 2. They have had live singers the nights I have gone which adds a nice touch to a date night or simply catching up with a friend.

We were blown away by the service last night. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Server was very attentive not overbearing and was such a delight to be around. Truly great service, food, exceptional ambiance, and overall excellent quality of service and we were very impressed it all.. Definitely will return soon!

The food, cocktails, and most importantly service are top notch at Mastro's! I frequently stop in after work for a cocktail and am greeted like family by Conor (GM), Val (Bar GM), along with 3 amazing bartenders and people, Chloe, Dan, and Jorge! In addition to the restaurant and decor being incredible, it's staffed by folks that genuinely care about their patrons. I highly recommend trying Mastro's Ocean Club and enjoying all that it has to offer!

I came here as part of a large party of 10, and was very pleased with the prompt and attentive service throughout the entire dinner. As for the food, I got the New York Strip and it was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and was worth the price that comes with a fine dining experience like this.As for the sides, this was by far the worst part of the meal and led me to give the food a lower rating. For sides, we got mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, asparagus, brussels sprouts, and mushroom truffle gnocchi. Aside from the gnocchi, all sides were incredibly bland and were worse than the prepared meals section at a supermarket. I am convinced the mashed potatoes were instant because of how bland and watery they were. For the price being charged, it was an incredible disappointment. Not nearly up to par for a fine dining establishment.For the dessert, I got the signature Butter cake and it was everything you could have asked for. One of my favorite desserts in the Boston area, and would love to come here just for this. You can definitely split this amongst 2/3 people as well due to the size, which makes it an absolute bargain.Overall, the main course and dessert were well worth it, but the sides really dragged the experience down. For a steakhouse experience in Boston, I would look elsewhere for a more complete food experience.
Great service but the restaurant was incredibly too loud. By the end of the meal, we were shouting at each other across the table and could not hear a word. We ended up leaving earlier than anticipated because we could not have simple conversation.

Service and food were excellent. Our waitress Gaby was very nice and had a great gesture sending us a big dessert plate after not receiving my steak medium rare as I asked. Still the filet was super tender and delicious.
The food was fresh, beautiful presentations of everything we ate. Alexander our waiter was just ANSZING! So attentive, great wine suggestions. Everyone part of his team was 5 star. We definitely will be going back. Once it started to get busy the noise level definitely gets louder so hard to have a conversation with others.
Mastro's never disappoints. From the Valet, to the Hostesses, to the Wait Staff, and the Managerial Team, it's always superior service, delivering amazing food to our satisfaction from the Kitchen!!

Another wonderful dining experience at Mastro's. Every dish from appetizers to dessert was expertly prepared. Our oysters rockefeller starter, wow! My fillet was tender and cooked to perfection. My wife went for the herb roasted branzino which she loved. Wine paired perfectly with our dishes. Make sure you save room for Mastro's Warm Butter Cake to end your meal. You'll leave with a smile on your face. Also, big thanks to Mario our 'waiter extraordinaire' who made our evening very special.
