I had the Bubble Waffle with Ube and Matcha soft serve mixed, I have to say it was a bit expensive. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The paintings on the wall were very cool.

came in on wednesday afternoon for takeout. great matcha soft serve, helpful staff who was kind enough to let me have a cup so my soft serve didn't melt everywhere. saw lots of people here to study, meet with friends, and first dates (i saw two!)
the only improvement needed is on the lighting and decor, but honestly it's still a great spot.

Absolutely horrible experience. The manager yelled over the phone, bailing on my catering order 12 hours before the event, after setting it up days ago, offering to pay $2k which was more than what the service would’ve been worth.
Appalled at their treatment, called me a scam and said they’re calling the police. I have no idea who’s running this store but there’s clearly something wrong with them, starting with an utter lack of professionalism.

Stopped in with the family after a Red Sox game it was packed but the ice cream was great.
We stopped in for a refreshing boba tea and it was a great experience. I got the earl grey boba and my friend got the black and gold. Both were delicious! Be aware there are “boba straws” & normal straws, so make sure you get the right size. Bathrooms need a code from your receipt. This is about a ten minute walk from MFA and Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
