The umami flavor combinations in the hand rolls are delicious, and the salmon cups are especially enjoyed. There isn’t a single bad item on the menu. Prices are not super inexpensive but it is worth the cost for the premium, high quality ingredients. There's no reservation and it is first come first serve.
