Went n 4 a cheeseburger ?, said bump it make it a plate. The guy wraps my burger finds out Its a plate went some where n the back came wit the plate put my burger n it n said hea u go. I specifically asked if they r old I don't want them. As I knew they were bad. Second time I got bad food. They used to b the best now the service an quality of the food is madness. Str8 garbage ?

Be careful ordering through Uber Eats; they give you the wrong order and then come back to retrieve items and deliver it right to the person without the person ever knowing which I’m sure is a food safety hazard. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, they gave me a calzone, took the calzone back and left me with a small pepperoni, absolutely unacceptable!!! The person on the phone is also completely rude and doesn’t own up to his mistakes…I’m disgusted

They yelled at us, saying that we ordered a pizza, and then driver came there for nothing We’re just kids and we were just trying to order a pizza and they want to be so rude to kids and we just wanted to order a large pizza and they hung up on us. Bad service I would not order from Mattapan has a pizza.
Best pizza and subs around! Victor is the best and always makes sure my takeout order is perfect! The entire staff is awesome . Stop in for a quick slice of pizza you won’t regret it!

Worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Everything about the veggies, the dough, the cheese were absolutely undesirable. The pizza had no flavor and was like a piece of gooey material. I ended up having to throw the pizza away after having two slices. I had two slices because I was hungry.

I called in for delivery, the customer service was terrible and the guy on the phone yelled at me. Then I called back about an hour and 30 minutes later to see where the food was and the guy hung up in my face. So i called back again and told them I will be cancelling my order and he said my order had been cancelled. They didn't bother to call me and let me know they weren't gonna be making my food and instead had me waiting for food that was never gonna be delivered. 0/10 for customer service .
