Good standard fare good food and location
The service was average we found the staff borderline rude. I don’t believe they like out of towners their attitude did affect a return
Great for a quick cheap bite but don’t expect any smile just pleasantries

We took a group of 19 adults/teens, and found it to be a fast, inexpensive, and welcoming place! So thankful we found this place for breakfast! They also have lunch.

Probably my new Go-To for weekday breakfast. Cant complain about the prices for the heart of downtown. RBF on some employees but who cares.

It’s a diner in the heart of the city! All comfort food , but good, quick, and reasonably priced. A gem in the rough, check it out

Holy Molly, the pastrami and corned beef sandwiches on rye are fantastic. Reasonably priced and gets quite busy at lunchtime. Disappointed that they didn't come with pickles on the side.

This place had to have sold to new owners
The pastrami use to be good and it was just the worst sandwich i have ever eaten
Took one bite … them just to confirm, i took a slice of pastrami out of the sandwich to try and it was as tough as leather ! Disgusting
Never again

Absolutely phenomenal spot! Max's is the real deal – an authentic, friendly deli with fantastic food at prices you just can't beat in Boston. The staff are brilliant and make you feel right at home. Whether it's a hearty breakfast or a classic, piled-high deli sandwich for lunch, they nail it every time. If you're looking for a genuine deli experience without the frills, just great food and great service, this is your place. Can't recommend it enough!
