Great seafood restaurant located next historic Faneuil Hall and near the Old State House site of the Boston Massacre. Love the model of the USS Constitution and the other historical photos and artwork. Delicious New England clam chowder and lobster ravioli

Don’t order the New England lobster roll, I don’t think my cat would eat it. Why would you grind up lobster into almost a paste and serve it as a lobster roll unless there was a defect in the lobster. The calamari and buttermilk fried oysters were outstanding. We have eaten many times at McCormick & Schlick's in Seattle a b Washington DC and have always had great meals. My wife ordered the Caesar salad but was served a different one. The manager comped the salad which was nice. The service was ok.

I was in Boston for a business event, and I stopped into McCormick & Schmick's with a few colleagues of mine for lunch. There is a good selection of oysters to choose from, and they are all great. I really came in for a nice piece of swordfish, and it was cooked perfectly. So many times I will go to a restaurant and order Swordfish, and it is overdone and rubbery. This swordfish was cooked just right, and I am happy I came in here. We come to Boston on a regular basis, and I think we have a new seafood stop!

I adore this place a lot. there is a different atmosphere. The food is very tasty. the service is powerful and the crew is very professional. The pay is fair. greatly recommend.

I have frequented this restaurant on occasion throughout the years and it has really gone downhill. The food is below average in its presentation, taste and quality. The prices are very expensive and the service is terrible. I am disappointed and surprised they have been able to survive considering the number of choices of eateries in Boston.

This is a large seafood restaurant in the Quincy Market complex. The food is good and the setting is nice, though casual: It is suitable for a business lunch and a place for tourists to stop in. During warm weather, there is an outdoor seating area that is good for people watching.

DO NOT COME HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! We just came here a couple days ago and while we were waiting for a food I saw a mouse run by under the tables to the booths on the other side! It was an actual live mouse running in the restaurant, how is that even possible!? I can imagine the food probably also has mouse droppings in it. That is beyond disgusting, a rodent running around in a restaurant. There were only a couple other people in the restaurant at the time and I told the waiter and he tried looking for it but couldn’t find it. I’m not sure what they ended up doing but I was out of there.

No complaints. Happy hour specials were affordable. Steak was well cooked. Drinks prepared well. Perhaps a bit understaffed for a larger group on the night we were there causing some delays in ordering and delivery.

Ate here on new year's Eve with a friend. We got seated very quick even though we didn't have a reservation. Food was fantastic and the server was on point. One of the utensils were dirty when I first arrived but the server was able to replace it quickly.

Food was VERY good. I would have given it 5 stars, but the silverware and glasses were dirty, and the vegetables weren't cooked correctly. Besides that, one of the best clam chowders I have ever had (I would go back just for the clam chowder!).

Except for our waitress, who worked hard to make everything okay, the place is poorly managed. Someone should explain to the chef that customers can always add salt but they can't take it away. Maybe the bartender can teach him about balance; the cocktails were superb!

Just left. Worst dining experience I've had in a long time. The sevice was not horrible, just bad. Out of the 6 drinks we ordered, wine, beer, lemonade the only thing they had was the lemonade. We had to change our orders to stuff they had. Food was warm, not hot. My wife's tuna was so spicy she couldn't eat it. I ended up swapping with her. We would have sent it back except the waiter never came back. We had to ask for bread 3 times. Overall, not a good experience.

My daughters and I have all gluten allergies which we let the waiter know when we arrived. He gave us three of their gluten free menus. When the food arrived, we questioned the food my oldest received (stuffed shrimp), she ordered a salmon with seafood stuffing. We asked multiple times and he first told us it was fine and all the stuffing is made the same. Then he went to the kitchen, came back and told us there might be some cross contamination. My daughter had her first bite and said this is bread crumbs and immediately went to the bathroom to get sick. She is highly allergic and gets violently sick. The waiter came back again from the kitchen and said sorry that was the regular stuffed shrimp. The topper was they had us pay the bill after poisoning my daughter. Stay away!!!!! If I could give a negative score I would.
