Ordered breakfast at 10:15 am on the mobile app. Showed up at 10:31 am at drive thru to be told I couldn’t have my order because it was after breakfast. No accommodations, no free offers to make things right, just a bunch of clueless employees who obviously have not been trained in customer service.

I visited this McDonald’s 0n 10/28/25 at around 7:25 PM during the Monopoly game season's. I ordered two 10-piece McNuggets and a large Coke, which are all supposed to come with Monopoly prize tickets. When employee Marcus handed me the large Coke at the second window of the drive-thru, I noticed it didn’t have a Monopoly ticket.

I politely asked if he could provide a spare one, since McDonald’s usually does this when they run out of the special cups. Instead of helping, Marcus told me they were “out” and that the Monopoly event ends tomorrow — which is not true, as the official promotion runs until November 23rd according to McDonald’s policy.

Not only did he deny me the prize ticket I was entitled to, but he also gave me incorrect information about the promotion and had a rude attitude throughout the exchange. This was an unpleasant experience and definitely not the level of customer service I expect from McDonald’s.

I hope management looks into this and ensures staff remain informed and courteous to customers, especially during major promotions like Monopoly.

The staff will refuse to give you your monopoly pieces for qualifying items. I had to demand a refund for them to finally just give me the pieces my order SAYS QUALIFIES for the monopoly game. What a scam of a restaurant.

I go to this McDonald’s every day. Or, I used to.

This McDonalds is always fast, staff is always efficient, my orders are always right. It's also amazingly clean for a fast food place. Kudos to management and staff!

When I went to the drive through I was told they would open in 10 minutes by a wonton the drive they kiosk and I could not believe it and left. They are a 24/7 restaurant

Extremely rude order taker today at drive through, women was rushing me to make my order when there were 2 lanes I said that I was looking to see what I wanted and she said “I couldn’t do that”. Manager apologized for her behavior but didn’t offer anything in return besides that. Won’t be coming back.

I was rudely approached by someone in the Drive-Thru window that told me the first window was the other pickup window and when I proceeded to communicate with him that nobody came to that window so I moved up to the second window he walked away from me. Very unprofessional! This person was very ignorant and very rude!
