I just went through the drive-through today to get a quick breakfast and asked for a sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. The first English muffin that I got was extremely burnt. I went around to get a new one and the person at the register, took the food and threw it away and told me to go to the second window. After I went to the second window, the front staff seemed to be extremely confused. And I was trying to explain to them multiple times that he already took the food back and threw it in the trash angrily. This all just happened right now you can check the cameras. Here is a photo of the food that they gave me which is not even the correct order when I asked for the steak, egg and cheese they gave me a sausage, egg and cheese and the bread is still a bit burnt. Apparently, they said that this is how their machine is working, so the same thing needs to get fixed in that restaurant because this is not how food is supposed to be looking. Extremely disappointed because I usually come here at night for their normal menu and I usually never have any issues. It just seems that the breakfast team is not doing anything correct. While I’m not complaining so much about them being a little annoyed because I can understand when customers complain it probably happens a lot, but I was very reasonable with them and just asked for simply for a better product. I was never even asked if I would like a refund. Not sure if the management will even read this, but if they do, it would be a very appreciated that you just get your machines serviced. A manager a restaurant myself so I know what bread is supposed to look like in this my friends is burnt.

Ask for your receipt when you go through the drive-thru. I am glad I asked for a receipt this time. I found an unauthorized charge for a "Local Fundraiser 1" on my receipt. At the second window, I asked to speak to the manager and none came to the window. I was handed cash instead of a refund to my original form of payment. The window attendant was unsure if I had been charged tax or not for that charge nor did he provide a receipt for the refund. Maybe it was an off night, but I ordered 2 holiday pies and was told they only had 1 at the pickup window. I would have waited for more to be baked, but was only offered one solution which was an apple pie for replacement. They also failed to give me the 2 drinks I ordered before closing the window.

Abject failure of a business. You are required to jump through 1001 hoops just to order with any sense of convenience, otherwise your business is not wanted here. LAZY staff who cba to walk 15 feet to the table and would rather shout numbers and garbled names than smile and be polite. I thank the Lord that this is not my home McDonald’s, because if it was, I’d make it look like my home McDonald’s, IYKYK.

What has happened to McDs?! It's always been "bad" but it's not even worth buying anymore, I went here for the Happy meal toy after not coming for many many months after being a regular customer for many years. The food is just so trashy and now it's as expensive as real food, there's no reason to eat this garbage anymore when the patties are as thin as the pickles! There used to be some good deals on the app but those have also been eliminated. Just like my business here!

Rudest and careless staff across every McDonalds I’ve ever been to! I placed an order for curbside delivery and waited for over 15 minutes there. After which when I went inside the manager told me “it was just a coke” and just shoved a can towards me. When asked why there was no delivery in spite of selecting the curbside option, I was told that they do not have time for all this. Another day when I asked if I could pick up my drive through order from inside as there was no one to answer, the rude Hispanic staff just asked me to get out and come through the drive through and wouldn’t give my order inside. No customer care number to complain either. Visit the store only if you have lost your self respect

the general manager at this McDonald’s needs an award. For hiring the laziest Mexicans and Hispanic workers iv ever seen. Tell me how it says it’s open and I walk up to the door and it’s closed. Guy inside looks at me and turns around. I eventually walked inside because someone inside was leaving and as I am walking there’s a lady in a red shirt, clearly works there, had a headset on her head, completely ignores me… mind you the restaurant is empty, she was just staring at nothing trying to not talk to me. And when I go to the counter, I could feel that every single one of them didn’t wanna answer me or help me out. Eventually a guy in the back asked me whats up and i showed him my pickup order i placed 40 minutes ago… and then the girl in the red has the audacity to say “we ran out of everything”. Stupid lazy people. Didn’t even have a sign on the door or anything. There were loads of people waiting outside and they did not care to even tell them or leave a note up on the door. This is why I cannot wait till everything is replaced by robots and virtual systems.
