Food is always good but I don't like to get stuck with something I didn't order. Twice I ordered a McChicken and received a spicy McChicken... very disappointed because I hate spicy food when its unexpected.

No understanding of take out vs. dine in. Nor telling the difference between order number and serve to table number. There is a language barrier with the employees which negatively affects everything. The food itself was fine but not worth the hassle.

I had a problem with a language barrier on the drive-thru. I asked her three times to fix the order. She told me it was fixed. When I got to pick up my order foolishly I drove away. It was wrong. They charged me full price for the two for $3 deal. I was upset
