The staff are rude and don't care about customers. This is the worst service I've ever used.

I've never given such a low rating before. I've eaten at this McDonalds location a few times now, and the fries and nuggets are never fresh/hot. They come out somewhat warm and get cold so quickly each time I had it from this specific location.
There was also some sort of black and white threads on my nuggets??? It looked kinda like the threads off of a sponge, it was black and white?? (White thread with small black droplets on it?????) As soon as I saw that I threw away everything I bought. (Especially now that I read another review where someone got food poisoning, I'm worried...)
The staff looked fairly rude as well, to be fair--- i didn't talk to them but the lady at the counter gave me a dirty look. 😠(I only just walked in)
If I could, I would give this specific McDonalds negative stars lol. I'm honestly never coming back to this specific location again.
I want to at least warn others of their poor service and cold nuggets/fries. :(

The people who work here do a great job but I can see that sometimes they have trouble with the amount of young teenagers that come in after school and act rowdy so sometimes I think twice about choosing this specific McDonald's between 2-4pm because I have my 4 year old son with me. Otherwise food and service are great.

They were able to accommodate the weekly volume and get my order to me in a timely fashion. I did not get food here, just a coffee (for 1$) and watched soccer while I waited for my lunch guests to arrive at my real destination for lunch. There are signs there to avoid staying more than twenty minutes, but they are neither heeded nor enforced. Used the Wifi to watch a half of premier league soccer. Pretty strong if you ask me.

This place was so dirty it’s unbelievable, tables were empty but that’s cause they were very filthy and god knows when they were cleaned.

This McDonald’s works so hard man, I like this Mcdonald’s. You know sometimes (very rare) they get my order wrong but that’s okay because they get so much traffic. Most of the time they get the food out quick and it’s just consistent and reliable yummy Mcdonald’s. I just let them know and they make it right. Shoutout to this McDonald’s and the employees, you are the best.
