Horrible service. I used the McDonald’s app to have food delivered. Once it came I noticed I’m missing the BBQ sauce and my m&m mcflurry. They say i need to fill out a claim but what is the restaurant number so I could do that. Tried to call and they didn’t answer. The delivery bag didn’t have a receipt on it. And I am 37 weeks pregnant and all I want is a McFlurry. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! Food is cold and they can’t even make sure everything is there

Rating McDonald's is squarely a measure amongst other mcdonalds. This one is definitely in the top 5th percentile of McDonald's, definitely come to this one of you're craving McDonald's! I come here for two mcdoubles with extra mustard, pickles, and onions. Never get my order wrong ever! Always have my order ready once Im done with my session at the local gym at lunch, dinner, or midnight.

Worst place to book online orders. First off, they ignored me when I walked in. I booked an online order for breakfast in advanced, arrived and no order was done.
I asked for my order the and the workers said that my order had to be booked before 10:30 when breakfast ends. I showed her the receipt that it was done before 10:30 and her response was “no comprendo”.. so frustrating.
As I showed them the receipt, Yennisa, the other worker and she said that I needed to be in the store during mobile pick up order which is a lie .. it’s a pick up order for a reason. They were laughing when i left with no words thinking I believed in them but really I didn’t want to argue knowing that it was going to go nowhere.
I had to fill out a form to ask McDonald for a refund. This incident happened not once but TWICE.
Great place, their ice cream was great kids friendly although I had trouble with what a table mark was 😅

I just went there to buy two kids’ meals, and I could clearly feel that one of the female staff members was being openly racist. The reason is that after seeing us buy kids’ meals, she secretly swapped out the toys that an older male staff member, Jim, was originally going to give us. This has happened several times! Jim is very friendly and even let us choose the toys ourselves, but after we picked, I saw that the racist female staff member rudely and disrespectfully scolded Jim, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I hope the restaurant can step in and address this issue.

Been long time customers here because its so conveniently nearby but not our top pick by any means. Today was a slap in the face by our local Mcdee's. Spent a lot of money and the ENTIRE order was wrong!. Burgers missing standard ingredients, Chicken Undercooked and tough, Fries no salt, list goes on. They know us here, how do you get every single order on a large order wrong?! This happened the last time we came as well on a few items and a few other orders before that. I don't care if they know us, its a business and we are not going back, It's as if they don't even read the receipt slip to cook the food. If they do this to their locals in the neighborhood often they really dont care. So many alternatives nearby, this was just cheap-medium pricing. we are done
One word: Rats. Don’t eat here.
