I was there just at 11:56 p.m., this girl was standing there as if I wasn't even there and using her phone acting stupidly, I honked her several times, you can see the cameras. I went to buy with my money not with hers if she doesn't like her job there are several doors where she can just walk out, even someone’s else had to go to see what was happening that the cars was not moving forward and my order was very simple.

My husband came here for a Frappuccino using curb side pickup because their lobby was closed. He was waiting for a singular item for 25 minutes. Would’ve been 30 if he didn’t decide to leave. He’s called the establishment 3 times and each time it rang continuously but no answer. Poor customer service for just a Frappuccino? Would rather go to other places.

Quiet frankly, the employees working the drive thru need to be good at English. There shouldn't be whole lines because someone keeps misunderstanding simple orders and taking more time to correct them.
I would say it as average. Most of the time I go there will be some homeless man or nut crack at the entrance asking for food. The restaurant tables need me cleaned more often with the mess people make around with mostly the kids and teens that come there, very loud and noisy. They have staff that's not bad.

They burnt my mc crispy and put pickles even though i said no pickles and after i asked for a replacment saying ill play the rest if it costed more and the employee didnt even double check or anything and gave me the mcrispy still
