I love the whole energy there which I wouldn't think I would say that about a McDonald's...... It can get crowded out of nowhere and that is tough but I definitely love the whole Neighborhood Feel to this location though!!!

Stopped in on my lunch break today. The woman who helped me was attentive and friendly. Food was came out hot and it tasted good. Would have given 5 stars if the bathroom wasn't out of order but other than that, no complaints

I went to this McDonald's at 605 Washington St in Dorchester and ordered a sausage, egg,cheese buscuit. After having to repeat my self many times because NO ONE at this location spoke English. I was so frustrated. HOW can you have a business when no one can English I asked to speak with a manager and they said NO MANAGER, NO MANAGER. I finally got my order and I checked it because I knew it wouldn't be right and I was right. NO CHEESE, UGH. I tried telling them and they were just standing around staring at me, talking about me. Instead of giving me a new sandwich, she threw cheese on it, did not melt the cheese. I was so upset. I called HR and I never heard back. I will never go back there EVER AGAIN
