I just stood in line for 10 minutes and I did not even make eye contact with an employee. I saw one back there but absolutely nobody acknowledged that there was a line at the register for 10 minutes. I can't use the kiosks because I am visually impaired and with the LED color screens it looks like scrambled eggs to my eyes. And I pay in cash. I have to use the register. I don't know how somebody is comfortable running a McDonald's where somebody can't order at the register. I remember when companies cared about customer service

Food is normal but the employee is not well instructed how to accept orders i had an voucher and it was reacted without any reason and then the employee went to the kitchen and didnt took my order anymore

Using the McDonald's app, I put in an order at noon for a Chicken Big Mac, medium fries, and medium "premium" hot coffee. Thanks to a deal on it, it cost $7.70 ($7 deal +$0.7 "premium" coffee upcharge) instead of $11-12. A short walk later to the establishment, and I received my order.
The fries were criminally undersalted. The chicken big mac's patties was essentially wider mcnuggets - the texture and crunch of the outer breading was identical. Lettuce didn't taste too day-old, and the burger wasn't overloaded with sauce.
Otherwise, it reminds me of my first big mac I had as a kid. That day, I learned about disappointment because the product looked quite different from the market. McDonald's has held consistent in that regard for the last 2 decades.
A note about the establishment itself - depending on the time of day, you may get a quiet crowd of students minding their own business, or a bunch of vagrants outside the entrance. The latter are "usually" harmless.

The self-service ordering machine is used to order food. There are not enough seats in the store so it can only be taken away. I ordered the event-only McRib grilled pork ribs, but I felt that there wasn't much meat and I mainly ate the barbecue sauce. Overall, it was average...

Many (many!) years ago, I worked at McDonald’s and my trainer taught me to do things right or not do them at all. I wish the manager of this branch had been taught the same.
Even though I ordered my meal to be delivered to my table, she prepared it for pick-up at the counter. When I pointed this out and showed her my receipt, she ignored me, looked away, and continued preparing another order. I then noticed that no one eating in the restaurant had trays.
If you’re going to do a poor job, stay home or just find another job.

Place is filthy, littered with vagrants. Well beyond capacity at most times. Staff are rude the food is cold and they have had no upstairs dining FOR YEARS I had to eat on the floor last time. No joke, none of the power outlets work. A mickey D's at the heart of Boston can do WAY better
Employees lost my order and refused to refund me because I had no proof of my order cause their kiosk was out of paper. Manager was dismissal saying it wasn’t their problem.

I’m a regular customer at McDonald’s, and today I placed a pickup order at this branch. Unfortunately, my order was incomplete. I only received the burger, nuggets, and drink but my fries were missing. I understand it may have been during a busy hour, but I feel that staff should double-check the order more carefully. I acknowledge that I should have checked the bag myself before leaving as well. I’m not asking for a refund as it’s only a few dollars, but I just hope this will not happen frequently in the future.

Horrible service!! Not friendly. Paid for food and didn't provide all food. Wouldn't give refund and wouldn't provide missing food items to order. No one spoke English to really help.

I came to this restaurant with my son. I ordered a cheeseburger with nothing on it just pickles and they gave me a cheeseburger with everything on it mad ketchup I had them do it over again and they made the same sandwich just with more ketchup completely ignored what I was asking for I asked them to make it over again and they had attitude just horrible customer service.
