Slow service. They need a security guard due to all the homeless hanging around. The staff is unfriendly and orders take a long time and then just sit getting cold. No free refills. Dirty tables because no one cleans.

Came there for a pick up and the manager Jose refused to assist me after I ask him personally to help me very unprofessional and rude person. I wonder how he got the position of manager. Never coming back there again

I have been going to this McDonalds for over 3 years and the inconsistency is ridiculous. I order the same simple coffee every day and the same employees still cannot follow basic instructions. It should not be this hard to make a correct coffee order. When you go back to fix what you already paid for, they act bothered instead of just doing it right the first time. After years of the same issues, I am done. I will be avoiding this location due to their constant negligence and inability to prepare even the most basic order properly.

The security guard was very rude. He asked us to leave and accused us of loitering, even though we were still eating and there were plenty of available seats. When I asked why we were being singled out while other customers were not, he walked away without responding. This was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Waited in line for 20 Minutes for my order. After asking the lady 3 times to find my order I had to ask he manager to go look. Come to find out they “didn’t have it” even though they had the orders before and after me ready. Do not go here.
