This place doesn't let you use the bathroom. So if you feel like peeing, don't go there to buy anything. Even if you buy a snack, they won't let you use the bathroom. Not to mention how long it takes for them to make the snack.

I doubt the mind of the one who eats food from here ,I went twice and when I reported the missing product twice, he turned me upside down with an arrogant attitude and they had already prepared the hamburger incorrectly, they told him to put it in it because I was allergic and when I reported this, they would not change it again. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I ordered a hot coffee at 11:25 PM, but they didn’t fulfill my order. As a replacement, they gave me a cold coffee— in this chilly weather! I know cold coffee is popular in Boston, but that’s definitely not how you substitute a hot drink. 😂😂. Please don’t visit this store ( 3064 Washington Street near eagleston square) specially after 11:00 they stop filtering the hot coffee!!

Ordered online and got told they are closed after going to pick it up. No communication, no refund.
Went in and got food, got the order wrong, missing fries and missing a whole sandwich.
Comeback and got new order they made it new because it was cold. Got home and the order was missing the main sandwich. Went back to the store 2nd time and just got the whole thing refunded. This place is a joke, dump of boston that's for sure. Never coming back to this location.

I am very upset with how I was treated in this store because there was a promotion for iced coffee for 1.99 and I explained to the manager that I would pay the price that was on the cards, but she was rude and treated me very rudely, shouting and saying that she would not do it. I was a fan of the law and would make a complaint and she said that nothing would happen. The employees were impressed by the way she acted and I asked for her name and no one had the courage to tell me. Since I am a customer, I think medicine is more respectful. I hope that measures will be taken.
