This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever encountered. Major language barrier and long wait time. Came in for the new Grinch meal was given regular meal and had to argue for a refund! They said they didn’t even know what the meal was even tho it is featured on all their signage. Everyone was very confused as to why it wasn’t the same. Bad corporate communication by the GM and management. Three employees came to the window and no one knew what was happening or what the meal was.

They had me eating so long for 3 big breakfast platters and 2 # 9 when I get home I noticed they never put my 2# 9 I’ve been calling them and no answer at all

Stop there twice and they burnt the buns stopped today ordered a double ch burger and 10 chicken nuggets ended up getting a cheese burger and a big Mac and the buns were burted

This place has slowest unorganized operation of any McDonald's I have ever been whoever owns this franchise need to sell the employees look burnt out and it seems to me the owner is cutting corners when comes operating a successful business the reason they in business of because of the location which makes believe that's why they don't care.
