Whatever you do, do not go to this location. I had a horrible experience tonight. First, I had to what I believed to order twice on two different self kiosks, which neither gave me a receipt but did give me a order number which was never called. 2. Then after that I had to wait for 2 hours, with no one asking me for what I was waiting for. It wasn't until closing when I went up to the counter to see what was going on. The manager told me that my order never went through after I told him what I thought went through. I had gotten no apology or anything. It is also very busy, with nothing but rowdy college students in there. That is the first and last time I will be at this location. If I could give no stars, I would. If you want to know a better location, I would highly reccomend Gallivan Boulevard in Dorchester. (That's if your not a college student in that area.)

I’ve never been treated so terribly by any McDonald's:
I ordered a 10-piece chicken nuggets meal with fries via the self-serve kiosk. At the counter, not only did they hand me a completely different item, but when I asked for the nuggets I’d actually paid for, they “refunded” me only to immediately charge my card a second time—forcing me to call my bank and formally dispute the second, unauthorized transaction. Instead of apologizing or correcting their mistake, the cashier snapped at me to “pay attention,” as though I’d somehow misread my own ticket.To make matters even worse, the same employee proceeded to hurl racial comments in my direction under her breath—an absolutely disgusting display that no customer should ever endure.
This location is staffed by unprofessional, poorly trained employees and runs on a broken ordering system. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear.
