Food came out fast and hot, and they keep the place clean. A bit sloppy making my filet-o-fish sandwich, with the cheese hanging half out the side of the bun. They don’t mix the Oreos into the McFlurry anymore, apparently you have to do that yourself. I know it’s cold out, but do they have to let the homeless malinger and stare inside?
Vegetarian options: A vegetarian would be better off at basically any other restaurant in the world.

McDonald's is exceptional in that the food isn't the best but it is incredibly consistent across the country. This establishment in peticular attracts a rough crowd past 7 or 8 PM. The staff couldn't care less about their job, and I've often had to wait for my order because they were chatting or doom scrolling. I'll keep going back bc it's convenient, consistent, and cheap, but it's among the worst McD's I've been to.

The food was fine. The service was fairly slow as the place was packed. Wasn’t a big deal to wait 10mins or so but they had the nerve to charge 5 cents for a takeout bag lol I couldn’t believe it

Extremely bad and disgusting service, the staff here can not understand what u buy and they can not be more rude and disrespectful during the time. One of staff even threw the cup to the floor in front of me just bc another person didn’t grab the cup instantly. ( the lady already holding two bags on both hands)

I went after a concert at house of blues. Was late. Lot of annoying college kids. Place was packed. But DAMN they got that food out FAST, HOT and it was the BEST mcdonalds i've ever been to. From rhode island too. Very impressive staff.

Old guy with glasses who works here at 12;00pm 11/ 24/2024 as a Manger needs to find new job. After waiting over an hour for my order I walked up to the counter and asked staff if they had my order. Old guy with glasses YELLS AT ME "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ASK THEM QUESTIONS". If I'm not allowed to ask staff at the place where I payed money for an order I've been waiting over an hour for HOW EXACTLY DO I GET MY ORDRR? SMOKE SINGNALS? MORSE CODE? HAND GESTURES? Career Pigeon? Last time i checked humans use launage and words inculding talking to communicate. And on what plaent are you not allowed to ask about the thing you payed money for after an hour of waiting. Dude needs to get a new job. My food was of course sitting there and had been so long it was cold. Imagine just politely answering a customer and locating the food they paid for and had been sitting there for a hour instead of screaming at them and telling them they aren't allowed to speak to your staff. Never again. Asking where the thing you paid forr isn't an unreasonable request. And yelling at a customer and telling them they aren't allowed to talk isn't an appropriate response.
Vegetarian options: HORRIFIC YELLING AT PAYING CUSTOMERS AND TELLING THEM THEY ARENT ALLOWD TO TALK IS UNACCEPTABLE.
As expected from maccies. Used the screens to order. Dining seating was closed (think it was after 9pm when we arrived) so just had to stand and wait by the machines for our order. Didn’t take too long. No issues with the food order.

They provide insufficient and even worthless service to couriers. When there is an available glass place, they collect the couriers in front of the tiny window and keep them waiting. What they did was very wrong and ridiculous!!!

The order I placed took over an hour although it’s a fast food place. I would somewhat understand if this was a typical restaurant but this is a fast food restaurant. The moment the order arrived it was cold, half the stuff I ordered were missing too. I’m pretty sure anyone could make food faster than these people

Always love having lunch in McDonalds. The location is near my campus and the resto offers plenty discounts. I recommend you to order using the McDonalds Apps and you will grab a bang from your bucks. For example, I got the drinks, medium fries, & bacon burger for $7.5 (include tax) Plenty tables to sit and there is clean restroom
