Employees are rude on there lunch break like they are at home, extremely loud I only return for the food , but the bathroom smells like straight sewage lost my appetite for this place.

I am writing this review from Burger King drive thru because no one was taking orders at either speaker. Waited too long drove up to window with four people three shouting in another language and one on her phone. The man then tells me the one taken orders is in the bathroom and for me to drive back around. Guy looked cracked out. Burger King answered in a second with friendly service.

The staff is great. Very courteous and prepares you food very quickly. They keep the place clean and I love going there. I think there’s an ownership problem though. I go there for the morning sandwiches and find that the muffins are stale and dry. It feels like they’re not throwing them out after are just using them even when they’re no longer fresh.

This location is the worst, the workers always have such bad attitude. Any time that I’m there at night they are always closing hours earlier than their business hours suggest they close. The last time I went there at 9:30 and pulled up to the drive through no one would come to answer me. So I had to come out to the next window where a man forcibly slammed open the window and angrily asked me what I want with a terrible attitude. I can clearly see everything was almost already cleaned up for the night, even though online it says drive through doesn’t close until 1AM. Even if I’m wrong and that 1AM closing time is inaccurate, google also says it doesn’t close until 11PM which is over an hour after the time I arrived there. After telling him my mobile order code, he made me wait nearly 15 mins for a simple double cheeseburger. Once it was finally done I was handed my order by another man who yelled right in my face, something I couldn’t even understand. My burger was cold and it was an awful experience that made me late to somewhere I needed to be that night. I hope upper management/corporate gets a handle on this ridiculous issue.

The older blonde hispanic short lady at the window is truly disgusting. She put hair in our sandwich, and needs to be fired ASAP! MAJOR VIOLATION of hygiene standard. Very unprofessional and disturbing behavior. Check your employees or get new ones. And to the employee who hate their job, that doesnt mean put someone else’s health at risk, thats very serious legal matters in case you wasnt aware.

This McDonald's continuously messes up my order. Today was the worst. 2 happy meals without the apple slices, ketchup, and the wrong number of chicken McNuggets; ordered 8 cookies and got 4. 2 Deluxe McChicken sandwiches were awful. THEY ARE REPEATEDLY HORRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION.

Employees just stare at you with no acknowledgment, The refuse to take your order at the register and say that it needs to be done at the self help kiosk. I watched someone walkout without ordering because they were redirected to the kiosk(losing money and sales). Iced tea cost more than regular soda which most other McDonalds don’t charge extra. Having your food bagged up also cost extra. There is no reason for me to Combe back here when the service is poor. Also takes way too long to get you your food as they prioritize the drive thru
