Ask for nuggets, this is what you get, a box of sauce on a nugget box, the joke is too far!!

I am highly upset. I ordered food from McDonald’s and instead they gave me six boxes of six chicken nuggets. This is outrageous. Then if I ask them if they can do anything, they said no.
Literally only ordered a Mc double for my son, got all the way home and had a hamburger smh.
Friendly staff and quick service. Super convenient drive-thru, but sometimes they miss items…double-check your order!
I’ve been coming to this McDonalds for years. Today was truly a horrific experience. I ordered on the app but my grandchildren wanted to eat inside at the magic color table. Waited over 20 minutes for a double cheeseburger, 6 piece nugget, hamburger and three small French fries. I get that people need to work but they need to know how to act in a place of business and not yell at one another across the restaurant.

Quarter pounder with cheese was extremely greasy
Amazing food my children love it and they now like McDonald’s I do recommend going here
I was so so disappointed in my service and my food from this location this morning Hash was raw and full of oil server was not paying any attention to me like had two heads wish I could have turn around and go back

Not to worry tho, the manager will save the day and prioritize your order.

Was yummy.
The staff working there doesn’t speak English, and I’m not required to speak Spanish, so I can’t even communicate properly in the place I came to.
I always double-check my orders, and thankfully, I can see them through the app. Because of that, I had to tell the staff that they forgot to include one burger. For reference, that’s a $7 item. Fine, mistakes happen, but instead of resolving it quickly, they didn’t even check the bag and started questioning me about what exactly was missing. Seriously? Is this the level of service we’re supposed to expect for an order over $30?
I think back to McDonald’s locations worldwide, even in the U.S., and I just don’t understand where things went wrong. Why is the service in these places so poor here in America?
Employees are rude on there lunch break like they are at home, extremely loud I only return for the food , but the bathroom smells like straight sewage lost my appetite for this place.

I am writing this review from Burger King drive thru because no one was taking orders at either speaker. Waited too long drove up to window with four people three shouting in another language and one on her phone. The man then tells me the one taken orders is in the bathroom and for me to drive back around. Guy looked cracked out. Burger King answered in a second with friendly service.
