I had an amazing meal at Mediterranean Grill Boston and have to highlight their Chicken Capri Bowl—it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right, tender and flavorful in every bite. The combination of fresh ingredients, vibrant Mediterranean flavors, and a well-balanced mix of grains and veggies made it a truly satisfying meal.
Beyond the food, the service was quick and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Whether you're in the mood for something fresh and flavorful or just need a solid, well-made meal, this spot is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back for sure!
We dined in, had a pizza slice, Cesar salad, and kabob wrap. It was delicious, hot, and fresh. Perfect for lunch.
Food is good, but if you place an online pickup order and tip less than 15%, you’ll find that the food is “still being prepared” no matter how long you wait to pick it up.
The smoke floated up from the oven I guess that a how they tell the Burnt meatball sub is ready Asked for it to be toasted ( they don’t have a dictionary to tell the dif) . The cheese melted away to invisible/ meatballs have a def burnt smoky flavor. Ya know why they burned it don’t ya? It’s a way to say ‘don’t shop here’. And the arrogance of wanting a tip on top! Ya message received. I won’t shop here anymore
It's a nice place to get breakfast. My breakfast taco definitely needed some hot sauce to really feel the flavor, but it was a great portion size that I was pretty happy with and the base flavors were just fine.
The steak and cheese fries were ok- wish it had a cheese sauce and fries were plain.

Quick fast food. Delicious food, open and clean kitchen. 3 minutes walk to the beach. I am not aware that the type is taken as if it is mandatory. Why should I tip just the cashier service? This is a wrong tradition in the United States. Of course, it is appropriate in establishments with table service. However, this place is self service.

Great spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. Mainly wanted to do this review because I’ve come here quite a bit in the past few years and Claudia at the front is always consistently so kind and welcoming, she really always makes it an awesome experience to go here.

Great shop. Food is always made fresh. They have 3-4 cooks working the line making everything from eggs to buffalo tender meals. I have yet to have a bad sandwich or a salad there. Greek salad with grilled chicken is my go-to meal but I have had their chicken parm and buffalo chicken sandwiches. Italian sandwich isn't too bad either. Pices are decent for Boston. The Greek salad with chicken is around $15. Highly recommend this place.

They need to rename their “kabob” dish, which is nothing like a kebab!
