We booked a private dumpling making class to celebrate my 40th birthday with 30 friends. It was the best evening ever! Alyssa was so helpful in planning, from figuring out food, drinks, the flow of the evening, it was really easy to plan and fit within my budget.
The class itself was well thought out, seamless and so professional. Our friends had so much fun and are still raving about it. We learned great techniques! And all the food was delicious and filling. The craft cocktails were also amazing. Overall, I was so impressed, and everyone at Mei Mei was so kind. It was an incredibly special evening and I can't recommend it enough.

You will learn 8+ types of dumpling folds, cook the dumplings yourself, create your own sauce, and have a LOT of fun. The workshop hosts are incredible and the workshop runs efficiently and is easy for all levels to understand. Highly highly recommend this class to anyone.
