We took an amazing soup dumpling class here. It was so fun and well organized. Gabby, Agnes and the whole team were absolutely terrific!

We scheduled a private dumpling class for an all staff retreat activity and it was a hit! The class was chill enough that folks of all skill levels could enjoy being in the kitchen while also having the opportunity to get creating with dumpling folding! The team laughed together and enjoyed folding, cooking, and mixing sauces, just as much as eating their own dumplings. 10/10 would recommend!

The dumpling-making class at Mei Mei was such a fun and engaging experience! It was interactive, informative, and full of unexpected touches that made it special. Our instructor (a UMass student- though I sadly forgot her name!) was fantastic, guiding us through a variety of dumpling styles. The staff accommodated allergies of one guest in our group with ease. We left not only with new skills but also completely full and happy. Highly recommend!

Went to a dumpling-making class for a work outing, and it was such a fun experience! Gabby was our wonderful instructor—she made the class engaging, easy to follow, and full of laughs. From choosing your own filling and learning different folding techniques to the DIY sauce bar, it was one of the best cooking classes I’ve ever taken. Plus, you get to bring home your leftovers! Highly recommend for a company outing, date night, or a fun activity with friends.

Went here for lunch with friends. The dumplings were phenomenal! The tofu mushroom one is worth a try. Great environment and service, loved the cute merch! Looking forward to taking their dumpling making class which multiple friends have recommended.

We did a team building dumpling making class at Mei Mei. The instructor was very nice and the class was super fun. They taught us how to make different shape dumplings and at the end they steamed them for us and we got to enjoy them with sauces that we mixed together. Highly recommend this place for any group activity, whether it is among friends or an office team building.

This place is so unique, and the friendly service and window to see through where the dumplings are made is just so fun!!!

The ingredients used are largely (if not all) locally sourced, and I even found this tea from Foxboro that I have never heard of before, but it is SOOOO good!!! It’s called Wise Mouth, and it’s even got New England cranberries!!!

The drinks were pricy: $5 and $6 each, so I wouldn’t get often, but the dumplings were so varied and decently priced, and the sauce shelves were loaded with fun sauces to try!!!

We had a great time at the dumpling class. The instructors were great - funny, engaging, knowledgeable and supportive. We learned a bunch of folds, ate delicious dumplings and had plenty to take home! The people we were with in the class were great - a mix of locals and others in for birthdays. A lot of fun, ate too much, and learned a lot. Definitely worth it! A great, laid back, casual and fun night out.

Had such a fun time at the Mei Mei Dumplings dumpling cooking class! The demo was super thorough and Phoenix and Gabby were great. We learned several different dumpling folds and then jumped in, learning the best way to steam and pan sear them. They were delicious! Mei Mei’s also offer wine, beer, and sake during class for purchase. Super fun idea for a date night or night out with friends. Highly recommend!
