Wow wow wow. Mei Mei catered a beautiful and delicious spread of steamed dumplings, a curry and other sides for my holiday party. It was a big hit with my guests. I particularly loved the curry and the lemongrass pork dumplings. The ordering process was simple. The food was delivered on time and with care, with serving utensils and little cards detailing the dish names and ingredients. I’m beyond happy with the experience, and will certainly order again. All the thumbs ups!

I had an amazing time at the dumpling-making class yesterday! The pork dumplings were absolutely delicious, and I learned so much. Tina was an excellent teacher—she made the whole experience so fun and easy to follow. I really appreciated how she shared tips and tricks, making it feel like I could recreate the recipe at home. Plus, they have frozen dumplings available for purchase to take home, which is such a great bonus! The cheeseburger and potato chive dumplings were sooooooo good—definitely a must-try. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to try something new and tasty! I can’t wait to take another class!

I had the pleasure of working with Mei Mei to plan a private dumpling class to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment I began discussing things with Alyssa, I knew I was in good hands. Going into the class, my expectations were super high. And wow did they deliver. Caitlin was an incredible instructor... funny, engaged, and clear in her directions for how to fill, fold and cook platters of delicious dumplings (plenty of veggie and vegan options for those who don't eat meat). Our group of 13 laughed, drank (the cocktails and wine were fantastic), and ate our way through the 2+ hour class. It was a special, celebratory day.
