My band loved playing the Midway Cafe. Always helpful staff, great sound, and the patrons bring a friendly vibe that permeates the club and causes good cheer.

A bar with live music in JP. Remember to bring cash - no credit cards! They've been at this for a while, and the place looks tired, but we need more live music venues to help bands start out. The drinks are not expensive for Boston - worth a look if you find a band who plays the type of music you like.
