Wonderful service, and very tasty sandwiches. I had the Benny most recently and the Fancy a few weeks ago and they are very worth it.

Always friendly service and delicious, extravagant sandwiches at a good price. Right in the hustle and bustle of the Financial District so great for breakfast and lunch, and also conveniently near South Station so a good place for quick bite before or after the train.

My go to breakfast since our office moved up to Federal St is Mike & Patty’s! Orders are always made fresh, workers are friendly and helpful and this Mission Breakfast burrito is so good I almost forget to eat lunch! Always appreciate that my order is ready for me at the quoted time and still hot when I get to my desk! Delicious! Thelefthandedbox approved!

We found this breakfast place yesterday, and wish we would have our first day here, instead of wasting our money on inferior breakfasts our first few days in Boston. The food and coffee is delicious, and there is always plenty of seating, as it's in a dedicated food court. Highly recommended!!

Soooo delicious! Affordable, modest hole in the wall that really knows how to make their sandwiches. Each ingredient was well made, generous portions, every bite was so good! Sandwich was also filling. Got the “Fancy”. There’s 2 barstool counter seats- very tight squeeze esp when there’s so many customers walking in and out for orders.

Great breakfast sammy! Did the baller with a medium egg. Perfect yolk consistency! Quick service and totally hit the spot.

I recently visited Mike and Patty's and tried The Fancy, Carolina Caviar, and the hashbrowns—and wow, everything was amazing!

The Fancy was delicious, with perfectly soft multigrain bread that really made the sandwich. The Carolina Caviar on the English muffin was a standout, with a fantastic spicy cream cheese that paired perfectly with the sweet sausage. And the hashbrowns? Incredibly crispy—honestly, better than McDonald's!

If you're looking for a killer breakfast sandwich, Mike and Patty's is the spot. Highly recommend!

The bread, egg and cheese were all good. The "avocado" is from a squeeze bottle and was honestly quite vile.

The food hall is very nice. The breakfast options at this place were excellent. I had the chorizo breakfast burrito and was really good. My wife had the egg and cheee breakfast sad which and it was tasty.
