There’s a line for a reason. Other good bakery places around the North End, but Mikes Pastry is the best. Lines move quick and it’s a nice end of the day when in this end of Boston. We always bring some home and it’s always a big hit.
All the people I met. All over the US said I had to try this place while I was in Boston. They were spot on. Nothing bad in the whole place. I didn’t even get a cannoli! Really enjoyed the apple turnover that’s what I plan to get again on a revisit. Lobster tail was also highly recommended.
I would have gave them five stars as I've been there before and it was amazing. But unfortunately today on my birthday when we traveled all the way from Rochester NY to enjoy Boston and the only pasty place I wanted to go was Mike's. I was met with the WORST customer service I've had in a LONG TIME! Something occured behind the counter and someone was accusing others of stealing. And this woman was flipping swearing freaking out to the point I had to ask them If...
