Horrible customer service; I was treated like crap because I was unhappy with my sandwich; I ordered extra cheese and they put two pieces of cheese on my sub so when I called they proceeded to argue with me about how they didn’t do anything wrong and offered no solution for me. I was loyal until this happened. Who argues with their customers and doesn’t honor any type of reimbursement or offers to remedy a situation? Lack of awareness and any common sense apparently is their slogan
