Molinari's on Adams Street in Dorchester is a standout neighborhood Italian spot that delivers on every front. The homemade pasta is the star—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with an open kitchen that adds to the dining experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, often engaging in conversations that make you feel like part of the community. Despite its small size, the restaurant manages to create a lively yet comfortable environment. It's a place where you can enjoy a great meal, have engaging conversations, and feel right at home. With generous portions and reasonable prices, Molinari's offers great value for authentic Italian cuisine. Whether you're a local or just passing through, it's a dining experience worth seeking out.

We LUV Molinari's!!!! we can't believe it took us so long to become regulars but now that we are addicted to this neighborhood gem we can't stay away!! Sitting at the Bar just the 2 of us for a quick casual date night for a Cesar and a Za or bringing friends for huge delish plates of Parm and Pastas and Vino both hit the spot every time! always greeted like family and treated like friends! Service is warm and Food is always on point. Huge portions , Hot, cooked to perfection by an amazing team of pros who are fun to watch and work like a well oiled machine! there is something for everyone and they are so accommodating your wish is almost always their command (within reason). The Pizzas are to die for! My Husband who stopped eating Carbs 17 yrs ago actually requests to go for their Pizza! lol it's THAT GOOD! we make up our own but there are so many creative options to choose from you could never run out of pies to try! the number they send out in a sitting must mean something! Parking is sometimes tricky and the lot across the street is not really for restaurant patrons but pray to the parking gods and you will get lucky. It's worth it!! GO!

Really great food. Service was exceptional. Parking was the only issue. Reservation is recommended and show up early.

Excellent food and service, as always! We do takeaway more often, but it's nice to dine in occasionally because they always have new specials. Sometimes they will run out of a dish, but that's ok because there are so many other great options and that also makes me feel that their food is fresh and popular. We had the wellfleet clams bianco and the hooper pizza with the honey truffle oil that's to die for 😍. Both were fantastic.

One of the greatest values in Boston. Good and sometimes Great food, friendly prompt service, and very nice wines at very reasonable prices. We keep coming back!

Patrick was an outstanding server and the whole staff was very attentive. Our first time, and the restaurant is a great atmosphere. The food was delicious and piping hot, throughout the entire meal. How'd they do that? Thanks, great place- Congratulations! And the BoSox won in 10 innings!

Regrettably, I received very unpleasant treatment from someone who is likely a manager or owner. The person was wearing a "No On 5," button indicating they opposed fair wages for restaurant workers (it's a ballot question in MA). I politely expressed my view that back-of-the-house workers deserve a fair wage. In a hostile manner, this person immediately demanded that I pay my check (which I had already paid). They stated that I had no idea how much Molinari's pays its back-of-the-house employees and when I asked how much they paid (which seemed like a logical question), I was rudely told, "None of your business." I won't be back & feel sorry for anybody who has to toil under this belligerent person's direction.

We absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. The vibe, the waitress was excellent, great variety of offerings, etc. We ordered the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo & the Chicken Piccata for entrees. The Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, the Appetizer and the dessert were excellent. The Chicken Piccata was horrible . . . it just brought the whole experience down to three stars :( We plan on going back again and trying other items on the menu :)

It was good steak ravioli + Hooper pizza. Not the tastiest (either of them), but good place in Ashmont. Our server was so kind. The place is small and cozy, the ravioli portions were small. Parking was not easy but also not too difficult in the area. Lots of traffic around!
