Not a bad place but expensive.

I’m so angry at this place. I ordered here for the first time and the food quality was awful. And when I called to talk to them the woman hung up on me and ignored my call back.

The guacamole is not guacamole. It’s just chopped up avocado with not even a hint of seasoning.

The what was supposed to be guac on my tacos were brown.

I was missing multiple toppings.

The beans that came with them looks like the came out of a bushes baked beans can.

I am in such disbelief. Not only in disbelief about the quality of my food. But in disbelief as to how I was treated over the phone.

I’m all for supporting small businesses but this is robbery. And just shows that businesses can pay for their reviews! There’s no way this place has so many stars.

Mexican and Central American Street Food without consent " The food here has been terrible lately . That is why I titled it without "consent". The pupusas were under cooked but burnt. When I mentioned this to the worker ; she was very angry that I mentioned it. Then egocentrism took over , she just didn't want to hear it. Unsanitary : watched this all go down ; When I went to use the bathroom . I had to help the worker that came from the kitchen . Remove boxes to use the bathroom . She left the kitchen with no gloves on ; removed the boxes near the bathroom door . Never mind this being a fire hazard. It's also unsanitary. She also then went back to touching food in the kitchen . Then back to touching money at the register all with no gloves on . Dirty : Tables and floor When I went to sit at a table with my juice ; the tables all of them were dirty . The floors were dirty as well , they needed a sweeping . I don't know if they changed management . However this behavior is unacceptable. This restaurant has slowly been going downhill. I am looking at other options in the area ; unfortunately.

I regret not reading the reviews first.

Like several people have previously said the food here is total trash. They don't care about quality or even basic hygiene. The staff is incompetent and do not care about their customers at all.

I have no idea how these people manage to stay in business.

I’m Latina and would never waste a cent here again in my life. I placed an order that didn’t arrive until 2 hours later. Mind you the restaurant is a few minute drive and less than a mile away. The pupusas were super cold, the cabbage didn’t have any spice. The pollo frito dish was a waste. Tasted one bite of the chicken and it was dry and hard with no seasoning. I couldn’t even eat it. I tried cancelling it a hour in and received notice that it would arrive in 5-15 but instead it arrived a hour later. Deserves Zero Stars but I’m forced to give it one.

I have eaten here a few times over , the years the food is consistent, it’s good . The service is good . The prices are standard for a fast food joint . The vibe is a friendly city vibe . They have a public customer bathroom . Parking is difficult, but if you find it , it’s meter parking.

How is this place allowed to stay open?!? We ordered takeout from this place and the food was just terrible. I could tell that nothing was fresh and that a lot of the food had been sitting out for a long time.

It smelled awful and we decided to throw it out instead of risking getting sick. I went to the store to complain and they just didn't care. I could also see the kitchen area behind them and it was DISGUSTING!!!

I have no idea why this place is allowed to stay open.
