Overall, I would go to Moxie's again for sure. The service was OUTSTANDING. I really liked the bartender (I wish I got her name, she was medium height with long black hair, working on Monday evening, March 25). Also, I moved to a table, and our server there was just as exceptional. I didn't get her name either, but her section was the hight tops diagonal from the bar, against the windows, near the door. The food was a little over-seasoned for my taste. Instead of tasting each thing in my dish (the crispy tofu in the lettuce wraps, or the potatoes and clams in the chowder) I mostly tasted the sauce and the seasonings. Drinks were also very expensive. But, that's to be expected for a restaurant of this calibre in the seaport.

There are two levels and both have very loud music playing. I was there with a colleague and we were not able to have a conversation. The food and the service was fine but for the prices and music, I would not go back. The decor of the restaurant itself is very nice and it is a great location.

A group of friends and I went to Moxies tonight to celebrate a birthday. The staff here were phenomenal and very detail oriented. We had a few people in our group with serious allergies and the staff took exceptional care of us. The manager, Pablo, was great to us. I would absolutely recommend going here if you haven’t, the service is incredible and my salmon was delicious!

The food was amazing, ambiance was amazing but more so over all above... the service was outstanding. The GM came out to introduce herself as well as the manager. They treated us like celebrities, no kidding, and will return every time we are in town. Top tier all around. Thanks Ashley and Pablo for an amazing experience, one to speak of forever.
The food was phenomenal and our service was fantastic. My only complaint is the loud house/dance music that causes everyone to shout over it to talk, leading it to be so much louder. A solid restaurant and great service. Just a little overwhelming on the loud atmosphere.
Fun energy for a night out! Had a girls dinner here during dine out Boston and had great food and drinks, it is a little loud with the music which was a fun vibe for us but may not be great for an intimate dinner

My server was helpful but not attentive. I had to ask other servers for things and most didnt speak or understood English well. One in particular was so rude to me because I asked for a new spoon because the one at my table was dirty. My reservation was for my birthday and not one staff member said happy birthday to me, not even when dessert came out. It was so loud in the restaurant for lunch time you would have thought you were at the club. The Tortilla chips were the highlight of my meal.
Went on the recommendation of my sister after trying it a few days earlier. She loved it so much she wanted to return before leaving Boston. She highly recommended and I ordered the CHIPOTLE MANGO CHICKEN which was absolutely fantastic. I will return for that dish alone. The CASHEW CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS and BLACKENED SHRIMP TACOS were great too. The restaurant was very busy and noisy on a Thursday night. Needed to use phone flashlight to see menu due to low light. Server was attentive but felt a little rushed. Will definitely return.
