Really fantastic mole! Paired nicely with the poke tamale.
Food was excellent - as someone who just came back from Mexico, the tastes were so authentic and delicious. I got the chilaquiles with green sauce, beans, and guac - it was the best meal I had all weekend in the city. My son had the pork tamale with green sauce as well, and was raving about it. Make no mistake, this is no frills but so packed with flavor. Also, I wanted to add their staff was also super friendly. A man in front of me spilled his tacos all over the counter and the employees were friendly, cleaned it up, and made him a new plate. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you off. This place is fab! I’ll definitely be back.

Wow. Wish I'd read the reviews first! Such a disappointment! The chilaquiles were dry and not even cover in sauce. The chicken had no flavor, like out of a can or something. And the black beans also tasted canned, with absolutely no seasoning. I am so, so sad. All I can say positive is the bottled jarrito was good.
Do not spend your money here!

Mr. Tamole at the Boston Public Market is an absolute gem. The owner is beyond charming—so warm and welcoming—and it truly sets the tone for the whole experience. The food? Unreal. I had the green mole bowl and it was perfectly spiced, deeply flavorful, and honestly one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. Balanced, rich, comforting, and exciting all at once. I truly cannot speak highly enough about how delicious this meal was. If you’re anywhere near the Public Market, this is a must-stop.

Ordered 2 tacos. Really lacked flavor. The chicken had the texture and taste of canned tuna fish. Very little redeeming factors about this place except for the polite, smiling employees.

Not sure how the food is. Considered eating here until I saw one of the workers use the bathroom and leave without washing her hand and return to work.
I ordered 2 tacos, 1 chicken, 1 pork, chips and guacamole, worst mexican food I ever had in my life. meat had no flavor tasted very blend. Ladies gave me great friendly service but food was wack.

I really wanted to like this place, but I'm extremely disappointed to report that it's just not good. I ordered the chicken tamale place that came with rice and beans. This had to be the absolutely driest tamale known to man. It was mostly mass with some chunks of equally dry chicken inside. The beans would have been all right, but they were undercooked as some of them were hard with an unpleasant texture. Would not go back.

Love the sauces sold at the Mr Tamole stand at my farmers market; so flavorful and very conscious of allergens! The jalapeño salsa and mole are favorites
Fantastic charro beans and tamales! We ordered 2 dozen tamales for pre-Christmas delivery and enjoyed our feast of tamales, mole and beans very much.
