Decent spot for a quick lunch. Service was fine, though the cashier didn’t seem too happy to be there. We tried the Hokkaido ramen—flavor was okay but a bit on the salty side.

Ordered the chicken curry with waffle fries, expecting more of a traditional Japanese curry with maybe fries instead of rice, but was a little surprised when it was primarily karage with Japanese curry fixings (except, weirdly with minimal actual curry) and cheese drizzled over it (and the fries, of course). The karage is pretty darn delicious, I will say. I personally feel the overall effect of the curry/cheese on top was a bit too overpowering, and my fries were pretty soggy before I even started eating. I think this was because of the cheese more than the sauce. The staff at this place was increadibky friendly, despite how busy things seemed.

Honestly thought there would be a better selection of dumplings for a place called Ms Chicken Chicken and dumplings. I love dumplings and ramen, but the only one you have is spicy, disappointing as I can’t eat spicy food anymore, so needless to say took my business elsewhere

Awful waffle fries and a barely edible chicken sandwich for 25 dollars. Wretched food for the money

Went to time out to watch the Celtics in the playoffs! Super nice atmosphere. Chicken was good, crispy with nice flavor. Could have been a little less soggy

I got the ramen with chicken, awesome broth and overall taste. I’ll definitely be craving that!

I did order at Trillium though, so don’t understand the bad reviews, maybe better as it seems the in person experience might leave something to be expected.

Noodle is extremely salty.
Not to mention the soup, the noodle itself is very satly.

Extremely rude. Serviced us cold food and when we took it back, they had attitude and we should not use the table service.

Came at 1pm for a weekday lunch and decided to try the karaage bowl with waffle fries after not liking the chicken dumplings with soup and noodles on a previous visit. It came lukewarm and not crisp. Maybe the chicken was crisp once, but it was given to me soft. The waffle fries were also soft and slightly chewy. Didn't finish it. I am not going to try this place a third time.

The new manager Victor was nice and did compensate the same thing I ordered. I appreciate the hospitality! I prefer thinner soup, but the food was good- satisfied my crave for Asian and hot noodle soup!

I ordered the combo of fried chicken and noodle, paid full price for it but they only gave me the noodle. I asked them where my chicken is and they asked me to pay an extra $7 for a very small portion of it. Very overpriced and the food is not that amazing either.

Ordered ramen from Mrs.Clucks, while the staff was friendly the soup was subpar. It was so salty with a layer of oil on top. Very expensive for poor quality.

Went to the timeout location in Boston. The menu indicated that the curry chicken and waffle fries were gluten-free, but I am pretty sure that the chicken pieces were coated in some gluten. Feeling worried that I'm going to be sick in the next day or two the taste was delicious but sickness is never worth the gluten. The menu is a little confusing because there's clearly a chicken sandwich that says gluten and there's no gluten listed for the curry chicken and waffle fries. I have no idea if it's gluten-free even though it indicates that it is.
