I had the pleasure of visiting Mudhouse recently and was delighted by the exceptional service provided by Lily. From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. Lily's attentiveness and genuine interest in ensuring my experience was enjoyable did not go unnoticed. She skillfully recommended the perfect coffee blend (the peanut butter one) and offered insightful suggestions that truly enhanced my visit. Her professionalism and friendly attitude are a credit to Mudhouse. I look forward to returning and experiencing more of her outstanding service. Thank you, Lily!

This place starts with the inconvenience of only taking cash. The young blonde blue eyes lady was not pleasant. It seems like she was forced to work or she was doing me a favor. The atmosphere could be better, but because of the staff team, it made me and my friend uncomfortable.

The staff is more interested in giggling with each other than getting food out the door. Food and coffee are great - staff needs improvement.
This place used to be a good spot but has gone WAY downhill. The gossiping, giggling, not paying attention to customers, rude attitudes, it's like a high school cafeteria now. The vibe is super immature. ATM machine (which charges a $2.50 fee btw) to get cash out because the card machine is broken (has been for over a month). The food quality is so poor now as well. Maybe instead of gossiping and joking around like it's a sleepover, pay attention to what your doing? Sure I get hiring kids for the Summer, but can we get some more adults behind the counter?

The coffee was delicious...once I got it. I ordered hot and everyone else seemed to be ordering iced. All their orders were filled before mine, including several people who came in well after I did. The cashier was..I was going to say ,"surly" but that may be a bit harsh. She certainly should look into another line of work. She is not at all welcoming. And the lemon cake was dry. I will not be going back there.
Amazing ! Thank you Mud house for your services and your wonderful coffees made with the kindest of hands.
Nice, Small neighborhood coffee shop with all the quick lunch bites needed. Really affordable, great service and good coffee. I’ll definitely be back.
Nice local coffee shop for a flavored coffee and muffin. Little bit of seating inside on a cold day. They suggested a few coffee flavors to try and it worked out well.

I really want to like this place for their convenience (right down the street) and their cold brew. But their service needs a lot of help. There’s been at least three occasions now where I’ve ordered food ahead, gone to pick up food, waited to the side while others are served, and am blatantly forgotten until I have to remind them what I’m waiting for. On one occasion, my order wasn’t even started more than 25 minutes after calling in. Today, my order was ready but the person who rang me up was too busy chatting with other customers to acknowledge me still standing there. There is no effort to check in with the customer, at least that I have experienced. This is especially frustrating when I’ve called ahead for a reason (to save time) and end up wasting time. The food is good and the place definitely has potential. The customer service needs some work.
