Great Indian vibes, loved the food and service! Hightly recommended. Price is slightly at the higher-end of charts, but can't complaint about the food though. Totally top notch.

We visited Mumbai Spice for brunch and had a mixed but overall decent experience.
We started with masala chai (2.5/5). It had a strong nutmeg flavor, which neither my husband nor I personally enjoy. That said, if you like nutmeg in your chai, you may actually like this version. The samosa was quite good (4/5), crispy and flavorful. We also ordered Hakka noodles, which were the highlight of our meal, really tasty and well prepared (4.5/5).
The portion sizes were satisfying, and the total bill came to around 70 CAD, which felt reasonable for brunch in Boston.
Overall, a good spot, with some hits and a few items that depend on personal taste preferences. Recommend 4/5

We enjoyed our drinks and food here. It seems to be an Indian/Asian combo place, and it has some things on the menu that we haven't seen anywhere else. We recommend it. It is not super fancy, nor is it fast food. It instead sits in a nice middle ground fanciness wise as well as pricing. We went here before a Boston Symphony Hall event. It is very close to and within easy walking distance to Symphony Hall and also to the Christian Science plaza underground parking garage, even considering it was very cold out that night.
The dahi puri here is better than from sarva.
Good indo-Chinese options.

Good food,. We only ordered one naan, but they insisted we had ordered two. They charged us for the second order.

I've walked past this restaurant 100 times but never thought about going in. It's nicer on the inside than you can see from the outside. While the service was just a bit slow, the food was fantastic and at a reasonable price point. There's a lot on the menu meaning I have to go back to try a few more things!
The best Indian food in Boston, hands down! The food is consistently delicious and high quality. The servers are so friendly and knowledgeable. Genuinely such a gem of a spot! Lots of vegetarian options as well!

Amazing Chole Bhature! Crispy yet soft Bhature combined with flavourful chole.
Only thing I didn’t love was how I was seated - very close to others even when half the restaurant was empty.

Loved the samosas and lentil soup! They were perfect on a rainy windy day.

This was the MOST AMAZING Authentic Indian we have ever had. We love Indian food, and this is our new favorite. The service was wonderful. The food, out of this world with so much flavor. Price should have been doubled, it was that good. The hostess was the best giving us recommendations based on what we told her we normally liked. We tried new things and were thrilled. Get the chicken momos to start. Wow!! Masala chicken wings were full of flavor and so juicy. Everything else, omg SO GOOD!!
I’ve been to this place before and had decent experiences, but this recent visit was absolutely unacceptable. The service was shockingly bad—over an hour wait for a simple two-person order, while multiple tables that arrived and ordered after us were served first with the exact same dish. We weren’t even given water until we had to ask, which is basic hospitality. The atmosphere felt tense and dismissive, and the blatant disregard for us compared to other guests was impossible to ignore. I will never return. The experience felt disrespectful and, frankly, racially motivated.

Stopped in for weekday lunch. Delicious lunch special with great portion sizes. I was recommended the Andra Harivali curry which I got with chicken. Came out in about 15 minutes, after the pappadum, which I really enjoyed. Also came with naan. The daal is amazing and the curry flavor is delicious. Will be back!
