I go here so often it’s like walking into my family kitchen. I yell Auntie I’m here and she know what to make. I’ve been here twice this week already and the food is excellent. Probably some of the best cutlets I’ve ever had. It’s just one of those things that you think about it and you have to eat it immediately so you go out of your way to grab a sandwich from here the warm family atmosphere makes it very easy to order and you know they appreciate repeat business because you get a free cutlet after every nine. Right in the middle of Hanover Street you can grab dessert anyway you turn after you enjoy these Premier cutlet sandwiches. Thank you for bringing your family own business into the North End. We love it.
Amazing sandwich shop. The food is amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gluten free friendly.
Delicious chicken parm — fresh and flavorful bread and perfectly thin cutlets. Will be back!
The best chicken cutlet sandwich’s around. Highly recommend this place. Love that you can choose your sauce for your sandwich and all your toppings! Will definitely be coming back for more!
Chicken Parm style cutlet was not the
Best! First, they don't ask if you want your
Roll toasted or not, I'm not a fan of toasted sandwich rolls unless it's grilled cheese. Second, the sauce was sweet, didn't taste fresh, or had a tomato taste. The breading on the cutlet lacked flavor/spice. Two bites and I tossed it!
I was really, really surprised how good the food, atmosphere and service was! Great job yall, delicious!
Chicken cutlets are like eating a paper plate, rolls are sub par. Pesto is horrible. Not impressed and will not be back
delicious sandwhich!! I love how thin and crispy the cutlets are. Will definitely be back
Got the number 4 and a custom wrap. The wrap was not good, got hot honey and caramelized onion and it was drowning in liquid. It wasn’t hot, just warm and cheese was not melted at all. A cool inside area but not worth getting food
Been looking to try this place for a while since I saw they were opening and am so glad i did. The cutlets are nice and thin (could be a little crispier), and the semolina bread is VERY GOOD. Heavily recommend the vodka sauce and burrata cutlet sandwich. Staff was extremely generous and friendly!

Don't waste your money here picture's are deceiving first time and last I should've went to Monica's first..........
Disgusting. Employee was rude and food had no flavor. I do not recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Very disappointing experience overall. Cutlets were cold and very dry; they were not at all fresh. The “chicken Caesar wrap” was extremely small for the cost, it had no croutons or lettuce (just cold cutlets with Caesar dressing) and was flavorless. Was really hoping for more but I unfortunately wouldn’t be back.
Food was delicious. When I placed the order I was told to just sign, and I did without realizing the cashier had quickly applied a 15% tip on my takeout order. Felt predatory.
I ordered the #1 I got 4 pieces of chicken that were the size of pork strips from Chinese rest 1 piece of cheese and waited 20 min for pre-cooked cutlets Never Again !!!
