It's 2025 & you are located in Massachusetts. We don't stand homophobia here. Been once before food was good small portions but I'd never put money in their hands ever again. Love is love 🏳️🌈

Extremely homophobic. Cannot believe anyone would support an establishment that behaves this way in 2025.

Absolutely disgusting homophobic behavior from Anthony G. Restaurant doesn’t deserve hate, but he does. What a way to treat such a beautiful couple.

Someone needs to fire Anthony G for being incredibly homophobic to two young ladies who were out for a date night and got kicked out by him because they gave each other a quick kiss ONCE. Shame on Anthony for being homophobic and Nando for allowing him to be homophobic and supporting him.

Had to change our plans of going here after a dear friend shared their experience with the homophobic bartender. The owners are taking no action, deleting negative reviews, not responding to questions regarding the incident, and not apologizing for the blatant discrimination. We will never go here until this a rectified.

Not a fan of the way some people get treated. I’m newly engaged and would’ve loved to check out this spot, but apparently my future wife and I won’t be welcome to even kiss at the bar. Shame.

Came here on a whim. And I'm happy we did. We dined outside and I was very impressed with how quiet it was. The service was excellent. The food was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My friends and I are boycotting this business due to the homophobic actions of the bartender, Anthony G. So many other great, inclusive restaurants/bars in North End. ✅

The way that Anthony G (bartender) treats patrons at this restaurant is terrifying. From one business owner to another, OUCH. The food isn't worth the abuse.

The food itself was tasty, but the portions were disappointingly small for the price. The service was passable, but the real issue — and the reason I will never return — was the behavior of a man in a cheap, ill-fitting tan suit who seemed to be in charge.
He was pushy and rude, shoving through pedestrians without so much as an “excuse me” to get guests seated outside. I watched him pressure a table who was simply enjoying their wine to hurry up and leave so he could seat new customers. On top of that, he openly argued with his staff — even resorting to profanity — right in front of diners. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and downright embarrassing for the restaurant.
If you care about respectful service and good business practices, avoid this Nando’s. Good food alone is not enough to make up for such appalling management.

Lola was an amazing server popping in and out of the windows to serve the outside patio. Fruitti De mare was delightful and some of the freshest best tasting mussels, little neck clams, calamari that I will be comparing everything to from now on. Really awesome spot we didn't have to wait for lucky late on a Thursday. We just walked in and got a spot right by the street in the window.

Service was first rate. The entire party of 14 was pleasantly received and well cared for. Food was great as was the presentation would recommend to friends and family.
