Dumbest point of sale model. Takes forever for concierge service, which staff struggle to manage, and the atmosphere in the store is chaotic. Today I waited 20 minutes for a two minute transaction. I always leave annoyed and wishing I had ordered for delivery.

Trash. Order offline. I went in to the store… I understand it was packed but there was no order as to who got serviced so 4 people that came in after me got served. I spent 250 dollars online instead. The only acknowledgment I got from any worker was a female that walked up to me and asked if I was all set before a male in the back pointed to a different couple even though I was in there before said couple and the worker just about faced and pursued the other couple. This place is a joke. Get your pods off the website and don’t waste your time here. I spent 40 minutes waiting In the store and left empty handed… order offline and spend 5 minutes at most.

I’m editing this because I hate companies that just responds with “oh thank you, we strive to be better and that’s not what we’re about” lol you guys suck. Your tall female worker with the dark curly hair has multiple complaints about her being rude. Look at the reviews… you guys aren’t addressing the problem so your generic statement means nothing. This dates back over a year. I recommend nobody shop here. Go online or get a different coffee/ espresso machine.

Service was outstanding, white-glove treatment. Store manager walked me through several choices as I have a new machine -cut the overwhelm to simplification! Nespresso products speak for themselves, but the service was exemplary especially in a high traffic area during the holiday season.

I’ve been a Nespresso customer for years, and bought three machines already. Went in on the afternoon of Black Friday. Two ladies at the door were rude and unprofessional. Horrible attitude towards me and other customers. Very unprofessional and poorly trained. When I asked for the price of a cup, gave me a wrong number (said $27 instead of $40). When I asked the Asian lady if she made a mistake at check out, she looked down at me and asked if I wanted the cup or not. Terrible experience.

Store manager Lauren was truly an exceptional helper. Our family was traveling with a five-year old, and Lauren deftly managed to turn his attitude around from “hating coffee stores” to having the best time ever. It’s going to make every next Nespresso store visit so much easier!

I rarely write reviews, but the experience my 7-year-old son and I had at the Nespresso Boutique in Boston deserves every bit of praise. While I was taking my time choosing my next coffee selection, my son, naturally, started to look incredibly bored and restless.
Before I could even intervene, a wonderful member of the Nespresso team noticed him. They didn't just ignore it or offer a simple distraction—they actively and genuinely engaged with him. They came over with a smile, offered him some little candies, and truly cheered him up! It was such a small, kind gesture, but it completely turned his mood around and allowed me to finish my shopping without rushing.
This level of attention and genuine care is what sets a business apart. I made a purchase that day—not just because Nespresso offers delicious, high-quality coffee (which they do), but because the customer service was the absolute best I have encountered anywhere recently. They proved that they value every person who walks through their doors, even the bored little ones.
Huge thanks to the Boston team for making our visit so positive and memorable. We will certainly be back!

Have a recycling program but practically shame you for using it. Asked for three recycling bags and staff had a back and forth over whether to give them to me, one asking another if I bought anything even.

Twice a year I stock up on nespresso pods. I went Friday after work hoping to get a little retail pick me up. The staff are rude and slow. They don’t acknowledge you. They have surly attitude. Just order pods online. The staff would be better placed at McDonald’s.

Managers are very pushy and rude. They fake being busy to make you walk around the store to try and upsell you. They try to add a bunch of add ons to your order it’s very annoying when you just want to pick up refills. I’ve had multiple bad encounters and so have my friends. I only order online now to avoid the store entirely.

It’s great to have this location but the employees are sometimes rude and very pushy. So, I now try to just order ahead or online. The other morning, an employee gave a customer such a hard time because he only wanted one sleeve of coffee and kept pushing him to buy more. Honestly, I’ve only had one good experience there. Love the coffee though!
