Twice a year I stock up on nespresso pods. I went Friday after work hoping to get a little retail pick me up. The staff are rude and slow. They don’t acknowledge you. They have surly attitude. Just order pods online. The staff would be better placed at McDonald’s.

Managers are very pushy and rude. They fake being busy to make you walk around the store to try and upsell you. They try to add a bunch of add ons to your order it’s very annoying when you just want to pick up refills. I’ve had multiple bad encounters and so have my friends. I only order online now to avoid the store entirely.

It’s great to have this location but the employees are sometimes rude and very pushy. So, I now try to just order ahead or online. The other morning, an employee gave a customer such a hard time because he only wanted one sleeve of coffee and kept pushing him to buy more. Honestly, I’ve only had one good experience there. Love the coffee though!

I’ve always liked the Nespresso brand, but Nick really made my shopping experience at the Prudential Center location easy and enjoyable. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped me find the right machine for my needs and recommended espresso flavors based on my taste. He explained everything clearly and made me feel confident in my choices. I would absolutely recommend this store—and Nick—to my friends and family!

In August 2025, we worked with store staff for about 40 minutes, selecting coffees and arranging monthly autorenew. Waste of time! We never received our order. Today, the operator for general line indicated it was set to deliver Feb 2026.

Layla prepared a wonderful cinnamon pumpkin spice latte for me. Beyond her kindness, courtesy, and professionalism, she is remarkably knowledgeable. Nespresso is fortunate to have her as both a representative and a shining example of the brand.

This store is so unwelcoming, no one greeting or offering help. I went there at least 3 times and never got any help. I asked for a sample and the white
man basically rolled his eyes at me. Please avoid

I had been debating purchasing a machine for some time. I decided to stop in to the store to learn more about the product. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I ended up purchasing a machine and some coffee and had it shipped to my house so I wouldn't have to take it home on the train. I was happy with my experience and looking forward to trying new coffees. Two days later I received a call from customer service informing me that the product I purchased was not in stock and I would receive a refund. 30 minutes later, they called back and said they were actually able to ship it out. I was a little confused but happy it was still on its way. The next day I received a notification that it would arrive in about 3 days. It ended up arriving a day early, however, it was mistakenly shipped to the store. A little frustrating, but not a big deal. I called customer service to ask what I should do because I would not be able to get to the store it was sent to. They were very kind and told me that a message had been sent to the store to have it shipped out again and that I should likely receive a new tracking number the next day. Two days later I still had no information about what was happening with my order so I called customer service and asked for an update. The employee seemed puzzled and could not provide me with any information other than the store was sent an email and to call back in two business days. I waited and still hadn't heard from anyone so I called again. I still could not get any information about where my order was or what was happening with it. So I asked for a refund so that I could be done with the situation. Customer service was again very helpful but had to submit a cancelation request that would take 48 hours. Over a week and a half since I made this purchase and have no idea where it is or what is actually happening. I was hoping that by going through the store that the process would be simple and I would be comfortable with being tied to nespresso for coffee. Too many phone calls later and practically zero answers, I think I am throwing in the towel and shopping elsewhere.
Jerry is a LIFESAVER!! I don’t know if he is a manager or not, but he really needs to be one if not already. I bought my machine after weeks of deliberating. I went to the store on a Saturday night, got it, and set it up on Sunday. The next day, I went back for some sleeves of coffee, and while the folks I worked with were helpful, they really didn’t know some of the details about the machine I purchased (Vertuo Pop+). They contradicted the information given by the store associate who sold it to me the night before. Still, I had no issues, and once we cleared everything up and confirmed my knowledge was correct, all was great! I bought sleeves of coffee and was excited to give this a try.
The first machine had issues. Out of the gate, it made tepid coffee, the unlocking feature seemed to stick, and the pods didn't kick backward like they should. After visiting the store and getting the 24/7 help line number, the lady advised me to take it back to the store since it was less than a week since the purchase. I was so disappointed at first. Getting this machine was supposed to be easier for me since I’m chronically ill, and sometimes I really can't get coffee when I want it. I was worried that a new machine would just give the same issues.
Jerry helped me as soon as I walked in, and he was literally the nicest, kindest person about it! I had a medical procedure a couple of days prior, so I was especially grateful for his confidence on the matter. After helping me out, especially with the trouble I’ve had, I brought my new machine home, set it up, and it’s been AMAZING!!!! Great quality coffee and espresso, different flavors, some sweeter, some bitter, but all so refreshing. This store has a gem, and I pray Jerry stays as long as possible so I get to work with him more in the future. If you’re contemplating the machine, do your research and jump on it. I hope my machine lasts me years! And if you’re near the Prudential, Jerry will literally be the comforting presence with a wealth of knowledge and humor to make the process easy.

I originally wasn't going to go to this Nespresso boutique because of the reviews, but ya'll- I am happy I went because the experience was top tier.
If you haven't been in a while or had a bad experience - its time to circle back. When you go - ask for Layla - she is so amazing, nice and knowledgeable. I just got a Nespresso this summer and I wanted to recycle my pods and learn more. When I walked in, I was instantly greeted and welcomed. During my visit, I was able to get a recycling bag for my pods , try the pistachio vanilla and coconut vanilla coffee and learn new features in my Nespresso. For example- did yall know you can condense a coffee into a double espresso with your machine? All you have to do is tap the button twice and the button will turn teal to switch it. SO COOL!
Anyway- I loved my experience - the tasting was my favorite part and every staff member was pretty cool. I bought a sleeve and an ice tray. I will say the Prudential gets busy and depending the time you go - there may be a line, but I went at 10:30 and enjoyed my time. I can't wait to go back.

One of the store representatives was extremely rude and unfriendly. We felt rushed the entire time being there, would recommend getting your coffee online instead.
