Visiting the Nespresso Boutique was a delightful experience, despite the store being quite busy with a bit of a wait. The exceptional customer service made this visit memorable. We regularly stop by to pick up our favorite coffee sleeves, but this was the first time the staff thoughtfully introduced us to the Auto-Replenish program, explaining it clearly and patiently.
Jamier, in particular, was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She even offered to stamp our parking pass for a credit at the Prudential Center, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Truly top-notch service; we left feeling well cared for and appreciated. Highly recommended!
Really bad experience!!! I came here first but serve the white people and treat me as ghost. I think the employers here are racist to Asian people!
Loved everything about my experience! Gleb was excellent and helped me with coffee selection and my coffee machine maintenance! Such a great place with exceptional customer service!
Unprofessional service and tried to upsell us at every opportunity. We just wanted to buy a few sleeves of pods but employees seemed offended we weren’t purchasing more. We left feeling like our business was an inconvenience to employees
I started to buy the pods through Amazon after my experience with this store. When I am out of coffee, and I am closeby since I walk pretty much everyday through here. I always have a not great experience and sometimes leave without buying coffee. Very inefficient store, I dont get the waits.
Had to wait 20 minutes and still was not able to purchase coffee because there were no registered. Nick was extremely rude and told me my group of 5 was too large to be in the store. We did not ask for any samples yet he proceeded to tell us we will not receive any free samples. Over all a very bad experience

Went in to check out the new coffee. Anitha was amazing and very knowledgeable.
Terrible customer service when you just want to buy coffee and know what you want. An unfriendly person at the entrance puts customers on a waiting list (three customers in the store), doesn't serve them and says they are "understaffed". Stands around most of the time and doesn't do anything. Two employees look after a customer together, for whatever reason. An employee serves normally. When you finally get to it, there's the annoying question for contact details and then the running back and forth every time because the coffee pods are in the warehouse and not just in drawers around the sales room (there aren't that many varieties).
On the way out, ironic-sounding, exaggerated good wishes. Thank you very much.
If you want the “experience” and to be pampered, this is probably the right place for you. I would rather buy other capsules again and online.
I had an amazing experience at the Nespresso store recently, and I want to especially thank Lauren for her outstanding service. Her warm and friendly attitude made the entire shopping experience a pleasure. Thanks to Lauren's excellent hospitality, I’ll definitely be returning to this store again!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at this location! From the moment I walked in the salespeople were so friendly and accomodating-- you will get a one-on-one customer service experience. The manager, Princess, went out of her way to make sure I got exactly the right product for my coffee and espresso consumption habits. Anne Marie and Gleb were kind and patient and answered all my questions as a new customer of the Virtuso line. I will now be a repeat customer!

Excellent staff, helpful , professional very knowledgeable explaining features of various machines.Visited store on national coffee day for a free sample and left with a beautiful machine which we have enjoyed all week at home.Gleb whipped up 2 full size espressos patiently explaining all features of various machines.Jacob was sweet very knowledgeable comparing several features to pinpoint which machine features matched our preferred coffee preferences, froth,etc. . Outstanding no pressure sale - just enthusiastic energy for a great product line. Very generous amt of variety cups with purchase.They offered to stamp our parking pass for a credit at Prudential center which was a nice gesture .So happy we meandered in for approx 35 min,they never rushed us.,Jacob/Gleb made it a fun experience!!

I had an exceptional experience with Nespresso, thanks to Mohamed and his manager. They were absolutely wonderful, answering all my questions with great patience and knowledge. Their outstanding customer service left me completely satisfied. I couldn’t have been happier

I had a great shopping experience. The associate was helpful, attentive and shared interesting details about the different coffees and shared some helpful tips. I also enjoyed my free double espresso! ☕️

I love espresso and use them all the time but the gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude, we were there with my family and looking for the new released pods. We were the only costumer in the store , the gentleman behind the counter came and asked us to stay behind the line on the marked site otherwise he will not serve us. This was racist and very rude. We immediately left. I can not believe they hired this racist person
