I ordered pad Thai with delivery and it didn’t even look like pad Thai. It was just a stir fried egg noodle with big chops of chicken. Plus it didn’t taste good.

I've been coming here for twenty plus years on and off. Sadly I will not be coming back again. You lost a customer who will no longer tell friends or the like to visit. As someone who has worked both front and back of house in restaurants. Things can be a little off at times anywhere. But there's no excuses to be had anymore. RIP proper takeout in my area. Really sad I'm making this post. I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt four times in a row in the past year. When I could've simply gave another place my business.

I don’t know who’s review bombing this place but everything I’ve had was delicious and freshly made so far.

This restaurant basically operates whatever hours of the day and week they want. It's so irritating and disappointing. Monday supposedly, they're closed. Today is a Tuesday and they are also closed.

I ordered this food last night and it was the worst Chinese food I've ever had it was the first time I've seen yellow rice my shrimp was so hard it was inedible and my chicken teriyaki was black and barely chewable

I've been getting food here for years, and it hasn't really changed despite multiple changes in ownership. Is the food good? It's ok. The Americanized style Chinese food really hits the spot for when you want that MSG kick. Don't try to order anything that's authentic or seems authentic or else you'll be disappointed.Unfortunately, the food has gotten pretty expensive for what it is, so I rarely order from here anymore.

This is a takeaway shop. No seating inside. I’ve ordered from here numerous times and have concluded the only decent dish is the general tso chicken. Mostly everything else is greasy and bland, including the kung pao chicken and sweet and sour pork. Also, the “roast duck with rice” was not at all what Chinese roast duck should be. Please see attached picture. The duck was NOT roasted and it was mixed with a super salty thick soy sauce — it was super off putting. This place is cheap but you get what you pay for. I really don’t recommend New Hong Kong.

The food wasn't bad, but my poopoo platter was missing both a beef teriyaki and a spring roll, which was very disappointing considering beef teriyaki is my favorite thing in the poopoo platter!

Used to be better. Food has been somewhat ok lately. Chicken fingers with small pieces of chicken inside, beef teriyaki that's like jerky, boneless spare fats there was hardly any meat just fat and the rice was decent. Opened up the fortune cookie and it was so stale I'm surprised it even broke open. Definitely not worth $20+

MULTIPLE Long black hairs were found in my food. I pulled a piece of hair out my mouth and found more at the bottom. This was at the bottom of my food that I didn't find until the next morning. I feel disgusted that I had already eaten half of it the day prior.I have been eating there since before the change in ownership and this has been my go to spot for 14 years. I will not be ordering from here again.

Just got takeout from New Hong Kong for the first time tonight since our usual place wasn’t accepting any more online orders for the night. SO GLAD we made the switch to this restaurant. The pork in the pork lo mein… literally the biggest strips of pork I have ever seen in lo mein. It was fantastic and not garlicky at all, which was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. The rice was meh, but the lo mein totally made up for it. This place isn’t flashy or trying to be something it’s not- it’s just run of the mill really good Chinese food. Definitely will order from here again.

Ordered on Uber Eats. The food is not even eatable. It’s nothing like the what’s shown in the photos. It’s a scam!

If you place an order for pick up, don’t expect it to be ready for the time they promise you! Horrible service :)
