Overpriced food, and terrible customer service to the point where they cannot grasp what you order and ALWAYS. mess up your order, never apologize and never gets the order right EVERYTIME. Horrible customer service. The delivery drivers aren’t the issue it’s the owner and the people who take your orders, they seem to not know their own menu. Truly ridiculous, they don’t care about the customers whatsoever
⭐⭐⭐ Decent Food, But Overpriced & Lacking Customer Service
Nick’s Pizza on Blue Hill Ave has great food, no doubt about that. Their pizza is tasty, and the quality is solid, but the prices are ridiculously high for what you get. It feels like they’re charging way more than they should, which makes it hard to justify coming here often.
What really brings the experience down is the customer service. It just doesn’t feel welcoming...

Order from here all the time. The only problem I had was finding a staple in my fish in the fish and chips I ordered, so they had to regain my trust. That was two years ago, but I haven't had a problem since
