I ordered a chicken Cesar salad wrap and it was the absolute driest wrap I have ever had in my life. Not even a whisper of dressing none. Simply lettuce, chicken and croutons. No parm either. I double checked my order to make sure I didn’t accidentally ask for no dressing because it was not there at all. Why would they do this? I am looking for a side of dressing as we speak. Horrible experience.

This review is long overdue, but I’ve been ordering from Nicole’s (South End location) for a little over a year now. Still wondering why it took me so long to find them. Their food is consistently good and fresh. Service is quick and friendly. I typically order either their chicken parm sub with fries or wing dings with a barbecue dipper and fries. I have yet to try their pizza but I’m sure I will soon. Happy to support a local business!

I’ve been a regular customer for Emergency Nurses Week orders, but my last interaction was disappointing. I just called The agent hung up on me twice. She said its was too busy to take the order, and call somewhere else. I stated I usually talk to the manager, she reported he Is out of town. The representative would not provide a name. Very unprofessional service, and disheartening that they wouldn’t take into consideration our Boston ER nurses.

Service excellent. Atmosphere chill. Pizza needs work. Cheese and sauce well seasoned. Crust not good, lacks flavor and is more like a breadstick consistency.

The meltdown was really yummy!!! It came with ranch on buffalo tenders on top of cheesy fries. 🤤
The large halal-pepperoni pizza with the side of ranch sauce was phenomenal! I'll order 2 ranch dippers next time.
The Chocolate Temptation cake was really good!!! It was creamy in the middle and the chocolate sprinkle garnish adds a nice crunch that brings every layer of the cake together!! It was like a symphony of chocolate in every bite!!
The service of the gentleman on Saturday night was enough to make me want to order again!!!
Next weekend I'm definitely looking forward to another pizza but this time I'll add extra ranch on the side! 😋

Great food can not compare but unfortunately the help up front rude and the prices are not good you order a special pizza the price is one thing on the menu for a medium size and then I get charged $9.00 extra bucks for the pizza that's not good, but fortunately the food is really really good they just need to work on that and the girl up front

Came here late at night after a full day at a convention. The service here was absolutely wonderful. It was 11:30 PM and they already had chairs put up on the tables but after ordering my food the man behind the counter set up a seat for me at a table while I waited. If I lived here, just this service alone would have me coming back. Definitely recommend
