Ordered the Truffle Shoyu vegetarian Ramen! The taste was out of the world and all the ingredients were extremely fresh💕

Had the worst Ramen ever.

I ordered the Smokey Shoyu, the mushroom was very very salty like it was cured salted mushroom. I took a bite and immediately spit it out. The tofu was cold inside and tasted old. The broth was very bland. I took 5 bites and told the worker and all said was sorry and will talk to the prep person (wasn't there) and I just left. Sad to say the cheap knockoff ramen taste alot better than this.

The worst ramen shop I've ever had in my life!

The ramen and soup have no taste. The ramen is too soft and not chewy! There is too much sauce in Japanese char siu, so it turns into ramen and it doesn't go well with Japanese char siu at all!

Small space with decent bar & stool seating that is filled with a heavenly aroma. Decent prices for a huge bowl of Ramen. The chicken Ramen has shredded chicken which was as fresh as the bok choy & mushrooms. Everything was tasty down to the broth. The cook/server was quiet sure but very polite. This is food that cures all matters of the soul.

We came across this place, as another restaurant we wanted to try was closed. We have some of the best ramen from here, prepared right from the heart with love. Would definitely recommend for a quick lunch

Great ramen. Maybe not what you would be expecting if you enjoy very traditional ramen but nonetheless this is a spot you are going to want to try. The sake is pretty good too!
I got the spicy misu for my meal. Very flavorful with obviously very fresh ingredients. There is often a line at the door but it's worth it.

Read the reviews and had high expectations. The chef was nice and the place looked cool, the ramen however was off balance. I’m a bit of a ramen nerd and key to a delicious ramen is the broth and the balance of umami. Unfortunately the broth lacked taste, wasn’t really salty and there was a lot of oil, possibly sesame oil, on the top which gave an uncomfortable mouth feel. The toppings were fine, even if the pork belly was super thin compared to traditional ramen. I ate the toppings but couldn’t finish the noodles or soup as it was too oily and bland. Maybe just an unlucky day to visit, but I wouldn’t recommend the tonkotsu ramen I had to ramen lovers.

We ordered vegetarian ramen and it was perfect. The seaweed salad was fresh.

Absolutely loved the ramen here. Got 3 different ones - chicken, spicy miso and tonkotsu and all were delicious. Would totally recommend!

My company is in the process of moving to state street a couple doors down. I decided to try Niku yesterday with some colleuges. They were disappointed in the flavor but I thought it was good. We all got different things. I got the chicken ramen but added tofu and extra egg. 3 hours later I have never been so sick in my life. I was throwing up and using the bathroom continuously from 4-9pm yesterday, in so much pain in my stomach. I ended up getting so dehydrated because I couldn’t keep even ice cubes down. It was horrible. It was definitely food poisoning because of how much quick the onset was and how long it lasted. I wanted to love this place but I am so scarred.
