Was looking for antique shops and a place to have lunch while walking up and down Charles Street. This small pizza place is where I stopped in to have lunch on that day. The front of the restaurant was covered in scafolding. I popped in and got a couple of slices of cheese pizza. The ladies working there were nice and I was able to get my order after a couple of minutes. I got two large cheese slices and a softdrink. Unsophisticated, but good for a simple and unexpensive lunch...
Stopped in out of desperation to grab a bite to eat and avoid an incoming rainstorm; glad I did! This place was delicious, and the 2 women working made me the best chicken parm sub I’ve ever had. The cutlets were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the sauce? Words can’t describe. The cheese to sauce to chicken ratio, also perfect. Bottom line is that it’s not the most glamorous of places (which I prefer) but the food did not disappoint!
I was on a solo trip to Boston and I was planning on going to Paramount but it was packed, and then I went to Thinking Cup and it was also crowded.
