We just had the thanksgiving dinner and I was phenomenal!!!! I will definitely love this restaurant!!!
It takes science to have service this bad. Took host 25 minutes to seat 3 parties. Food was at best mediocre.

Slowest and most inattentive service that I've had in a long time. Not one server looked happy to be there.

Accurate name as it’s well below average. Beer moderately cold but flat. Mimosa missing bubbles and much champagne. Food uninspiring. Nice enough atmosphere for airport restaurant. Service not terrible but not good.

Airport breakfast done right…almost.
Ana, our server was outstanding. We came here twice on our trip this week, and both times our servers were terrific. Ana stood out to me and worth a mention. It cannot be understated how much a server sets the tone for the whole restaurant experience. Today was proof and point. Her overall happy demeanor and smile made my wife and I feel right at home. I felt a similar way with a different server when we came to this same location earlier in the week. But, again, Ana stands out with her attentiveness and anticipation of our needs (refills, extra napkins, brought water during the meal to clean my palate, etc... without asking) Food- Add to this my favorite dish today, the Korean Beef bowl, and it really was a perfect day. The beef was perfectly cooked and juicy. The flavor is quite strong, which is one reason I like this. The blend of flavor brings out the explosion of salt and sweet to appeal to the tongue. The texture of the dish with the noodles and just the right snap on the vegetables, and the nuts, the whole experience is outstanding, and continues to be my favorite dish on their menu. I am still disappointed that the chain does not offer an apple option for desert during New England's "apple season". Apple pie or apple crisp would be a perfect compliment at least seasonally in the fall. Im a little disappointed with the desert options here as no apple options and no light deserts except a sorbet. I got the mango sorbet earlier in the week when we came. It was so so. Being no desert options that appeal to me, I ordered a Bavarian pretzel for desert. A great choice for me today. Warning - it is huge ! Atmosphere is colorful, noise level moderate, choice of music could be more variety of eras.

Waitress was horrible, food was fine.
She sat us, forgot about us. I ordered coffee that was never delivered. The manager had to refill my water when he walked past. No condiments brought or offered. My daughter had to ask for the check. She literally took our order, brought our food and brought our check. That is not good service. I hate leaving a bad tip, but this waitress was so blatantly inattentive that I felt compelled to. My apologies to the good ones out there. This one is making the rest of you look bad. To say something good about her, she was polite.

To start, our server was incredible and I wish I could remember hi name. I ordered the mustard crusted chicken with rice and green beans. I've had this meal before and typically it is to die for, this time it was not. It was bland and was undercoated in panko. The rice tasted like it had been sitting in the pantry for too long and was undercooked. The green beans were soggy and unseasoned. The bread was delicious as always.
Excellent service and great food! We ate at Not Your Average Joe’s at the Boston Logan airport. Service: Pablo made our visit really nice. He was prompt with everything; seating, water, extra napkins, bringing the bill. We appreciated the promptness as we were watching the time to be at our gate. He was a mind reader- delivering the extra napkins to our table (I dropped mine) before we could even ask for them. He was pleasant and we just liked him. We ordered the Southwest salad. The dressing was just the right degree of spicy, the serving was generous, and the lettuce was crisp. Thanks (Pablo!) for the excellent service and the great food. October 10, 2025

Food wasn’t bad. But the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were all terrible. There was garbage all over the floor, in full view of the customers. If this is what they’re fine with showing to customers, I can’t even imagine how disgusting the kitchen is. The service is slow and rude. The sign at the front says “please wait to be seated”, yet the staff ignores the multiple people waiting for a table. It took us 15 mins of waiting to get sat, and the restaurant was close to empty. The staff cared more about folding silverware and gossiping than checking on their tables. Multiple people (including myself) had to chase down waitstaff to get their checks.
