Service was not the greatest. Waitress did not bring bread, forgot to put in a kid's meal, and it took a while to get our order. Food was decent, but expensive.

Waiter when we sat was rushing us to put in drink and app order, which was understandable because it was 2/14/25 but then it took over 2.5 hours to get dinner and dessert, was long periods of time between him asking if we wanted something we would say yes then 20 minutes would go by before he came back to take our orders, was just an okay experience

First time here. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn't busy at all. We were seated quickly, but that's about it for quickness . Our server took our order and then disappeared for over ten minutes before bringing our drinks, and again , would vanish afterward. It took over 1.5 hours from start to finish. Even when I asked another server for our ticket, and she went to inform him, he still continued to clean up and empty tables for another ten minutes (again it wasn’t busy). Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I just came by to have a glass of wine. The bartender was incredibly rude. And then my daughter sat on one of the stools and there was something very sharp sticking out near the surface of the seat covering. I told them and they did absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service and I hope nobody gets hurt .

Just had the worst service I have experienced in quite a long time. The waitress was rude, did not listen to requests or questions,. She also did not return to our table until we were finished eating and began to walk away after asking if we needed anything, before we could reply and ask for our ticket.

Overall, this was a highly disappointing, dining experience. Service was horrendous., and the food was lacking.
My server was incredibly slow at all aspects when it came to drink orders, and taking my food order. I was a solo diner as I was traveling by myself, and noticed she spent more time chatting up the tables with larger groups, obviously working harder for a large tip. A food runner brought me my food and then I needed a drink refill and condiments and it took her quite a while. This restaurant is at an airport so you would think a sense of urgency isn’t expected trait when they hire servers but it doesn’t seem to be the case at this location.
I ordered a cheeseburger that didn’t come with any sauce and had to wait a while for ketchup. They were out of regular fries, something I don’t think any restaurant I’ve eaten at ever, has managed to do.
When I was ready for my bill, I had to flag her down. Tell her I needed my check, in which they have you pay on a handheld machine she then said “OK no problem” then proceeded to bust the table across from me and talk to the patrons(a group of 5, who were there after me, and have a lively conversation with them) and then go to the table next to me Stowe while I’m waiting for my check so I can get on my flight.
It took me over an hour (73minutes) to order, to receive a subpar cheeseburger without any flavor and eat fast and have to patient wait for my check and finally get out and leave... If you’re in a hurry, this is not the place for you.
