I only eat their haitian patties everything else can go the garbage . im haitian so i know my culture is lack of customer service, giving the fact we are now in america , i thought their mentality will change but no they same mentally is brought up to their business and also in america and thats very sad. I watch a guy who works the register could not even speak english to the customer and he went outside to call someone to translate, it was a dark skin tall beautiful lady. The customer was getting really agitated because of the language barrier , I mean i know everyone wants a job to feed their family but do things in the right way, how are putting someone to take people order and that person cannot even communicate in english. Make that make sense.

At NuFlav, it's good taste. I really loved my first time eating in that restaurant. Thank you for that. I recommend everyone to stop by and enjoy it as well.

I don’t know if the kitchen staff was auditioning in the back, but it took them an hour to make spaghetti. I placed my order at 4pm and didn’t get it until 5:11pm. ridiculous & the customer service was terrible. never again.

Stay away from this place or you will get food poisoning.

the awesomest girl on earth

The service was remarkably horrible. I genuinely have NEVER had a worse experience at a restaurant, and I kind of hope the people who were working when I went in get my head cold. I paid $75 for 3 dishes and only got two of them after waiting for 45 minutes to an hour. I had a concert to go to and I was unable to wait any longer for the third dish to come out. We watched at least 7 people get their food before us and when we asked about the wait they went into the kitchen and we heard a woman laughing and then 5 minutes later they brought some food out that they had obviously already cooked. I highly recommend ANY place but this place. What made it extra sad is that I brought a friend who was adopted from Haiti when she was a little girl and had never eaten Haitian food before. She was appalled. We were all appalled. Did I mention that every inch of the place was filthy? But you came here for a food review, so here it is-If you want to wait almost an hour for rice and greens and stewed meat and pay 75$ for the possibility of eating it, this is the Perfect place for you.

I was visiting from Brooklyn, NY and wanted to taste Haitian food outside the city. The food was good as expected, service was quite slow but the shocker was the price. A plate of fried goat meat and rice here cost more than most Haitian restaurants in NYC. I don't think I got full value for my money.

Ordered stew chicken received plain fried chicken which was dry. Asked for rice and beans and received rice and peas which was HORRIBLE. No authentic Haitian flavor at all!!!

The food was nice and hot, plaintains still nice and crunchy but the food had no flavor

$20 for soup and it wasn’t that good.

I placed a catering order and Ricardo was very responsive, professional, and the food was incredible! It is honestly one of the best Haitian restaurants in the area and I’m thrilled it’s so amazing! The food is consistently good! Thank you and see you all soon.
