Very nice person who works here but the food was not good. Fries were so pale (fried maybe a minute? 30 seconds? they were soft completely) Falafel was cold in the middle. Really disappointed

Pretty solid. Fast and fresh. Just wish it was spicier and had fetta and olives. I got the chicken shawarma wrap. Little pricey but very expensive space to rent lease or own so i get it.

It's a great little spot to grab food before a show at TD Garden or the AMC theater down the street!
My boyfriend and I are visiting from Chicago and have been asking locals where to eat. The climbing gym attendant nearby recommended New York Shawarma Guys and let me tell you, we had one of the best meals of our lives. We walked in 10 minutes before their closing hour prepared to bring it home but instead we were politely encouraged to stay and dine in and take our time. We each got a shawarma wrap and fries and watched our meals be made to order fresh. Not only was the food delicious, the level of service we got so close to the end of the night was just lovely. The New York Shawarma Guys are the kindest guys around who make extremely yummy and satisfying food. Highly highly recommend
I bought the Shawarma Chicken Mix Wrap. The meat was too oily, and while the taste was bland, it was still acceptable. However, I don't think this mediocre street food should cost $16.
